Ugly, confusing, slow rubbish. The old app/website is much, much better!

What is going on.. App not working. Sent to online option and that is even worse.. Lucky domino's delivers..

App is better but still sucks, almost gave up trying to order and switch to the dirty bird. This is costing you millions every week.

I attempted to use the new website and it kept locking up and giving me 404 errors, then downloaded the app only to have it sent me to the Microsoft server homepage. The app is obviously just a browser that directed to the online page. It could at least send me to pizzahut not Microsoft server homepage.

So Slow. Drops out all the time. Doesn't recognize my address and I couldn't proceed so had to make ip address to use app. But it still didn't progress through the meal I chose. Sack whoever suggested to change the app !!! :[

What hell just says i got no connection every five seconds can use with popups like that. Looks unpolished.

Takes a long time. Its ok if you use it often

The Domino's app is better. This is NOT a fast app. If you are a one time or irregular user then it might be ok but if you are a frequent user then it's a canine. A quick or standard order with usual shop, payment method and favourite order(s) would improve this app out of sight. It is also slow between "screens". It gets the job done but could be so much better. I no longer use it to order drinks and sides because it is so awful.

I installed app on my galaxy s5 then 5-10 minutes later it responded enough for me to use it. But no images loaded on the menu. I knew what i wanted however so i tried tonplace order and theres seemingly no way to compile an order and place it. I have to order everything individually...so you know what if your that dead set against me giving u my money then screw this ill order at dominos

couldn't use facebook login it just crashes when i hit the button. and 25 character linit for special instructions? i couldnt even put in please cook my pizza properly this time let alone maybe include the toppings i paid for unlike the last 2

Poorest app ever, tried a few years ago on a different phone and it is just as rubbish now as it was then. Gets to end of order and comes up with an error. Uninstalling and ordering from faithful Domino's even though Pizza Hut is just around the corner!!

Absolutely terrible- if you're wondering why Dominos is kicking your ass have a look at their app. I actually prefer Pizza Hut but usually end up ordering Dominos simply because their app works.

Went to order delivery. Input my address, and selected it from their offered options, but couldn't proceed because the address was invalid. How can it be invalid? You suggested it! One star, uninstalled and went to Domino's.

Needs work. Can't create account. I tried to link it to my Facebook account, but screen just went bright red & app crashed. Then tried to create an account manually & app says I already linked my Facebook account with that email address, & to try signing in. So I try & screen just goes bright red, freezes and crashes again. Please fix....

Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. Actually, I've never used it. Every time I open it I'm met with a perpetual loading screen. Definitely an app that's gone for style over substance. I can see all the pretty animated pictures advertising the food, but good luck actually loading the menu to buy anything. Poor effort, Pizza Hut.

I thought to myself after reading a few bad reviews "well it couldn't be worse then the Macca's app". I was wrong. Signed up for account picked out my pizzas then a bunch of errors when I click to confirm order and can't proceed. Fatally broken. Using Google Pixel. I just order on website it's easier. (Also only one pizza shop in my rural town so *shrug* can't go to a competitor)

Just got a Pizza Hut in my town so up until now, have been using Domino's app to get pizza. Switching over to Pizza Hut app is so horrible in comparison. It is painful to use. Slow loading times, doesn't save anything so if you want to change something you have to log out and start all over again. Have used this app 3 times now and every time has been a complete hassle and had to keep restarting the app. This app is okay to use as long as you can be patient by counting to 10 after tapping on a choice and if you're careful not to make any mistakes when ordering. In comparison to Domino's app, this is app is so bad that I'm not sure I'll choose Pizza Hut over Domino's next time

If this app was a pizza it has extra vomit on it. It is bad on all levels. It would be better PR for Pizza Hut to have no app. Whoever made the decision to role this out needs to be fired. Today.

I spent about 10-15 mins trying to find where to add a coupon. I eventually decided to see if I could add it at the end, so started to pick my pizzas. That was also a nightmare. Customisation is very difficult, and overly complicated. Finally I was at a point where I could place the order. At the bottom was a spot for coupons, "yay" I thought. I entered in my code, only to have it take me to the 'meal deals' section, and nothing else. I finally gave up after spending that extra 10 mins and called...

First, if you start out selecting a pizza, instead of 'add to cart' you have to click 'find a store'. After finding a store, you would think the app would remember which pizza you were trying to purchase, but it doesn't. You need to go back to the start, and to make it worse, every menu loads incredibly slowly, even on 4G. And then if you want to add two of the same pizza to your cart, you can't customise the second one. If you select 'customise', nothing happens. Order by phone, or just get Domino's.

The sign in with facebook function does not work. It sits on a bright red screen indefinitely. Annoying as my account on my pc is linked to Facebook.

Did not load on my samsung s7.... very dissappinting.... dominos app worked great though! I think thats a clear winner when you cant be bothered talking on my phone.. even for two seconds!

nothing works can't hit apply when putting you delivery address nothing on the coupon page. don't bother the website is only just usable. lift your game or domino's will take over. worst app ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How am i supposed to know approximately how long it will take for delivery? No time mentioned. No tracker. USELESS!

Takes too long to find pizzas. Too many sub categories. Dominoes is heaps easier and faster. Will not use this app till a better ui is implemented

How is it possible that there is no Garlic Bread as a Side? This app has potential but the company really needs to put a boot up the people who are responsible for it's creation. Have they even used the app?

If I could give this app zero I would. One my brand new high spec device the app was laggy as hell. Then after quoting a PRICE WITH DELIVERY INCLUDED it Added delivery. Piece of S!!t. Quicker to call

Ordering is a nightmare. We wanted to use a coupon, had to add a pizza to even be able to add the coupon code and then it wouldn't take the pizza off. Ordering a pizza should be easy. Needlessly difficult. Simple this is not.

Tried 4 times to select a deal Family Treat box, got as far as selecting it all but it would not let me checkout nor would it let me delete existing order, in fact wouldnt let me do anything after selecting. Not happy. Un installing the app. Ringing up instead...

I have wasted 20 minutes attempting to make an order only for it to keep failing. Every time I try and do anything, app goes slower and slower to load. Useless app

They made a new app because the last one was really bad, how this app got released is beyond me. When you get to the pizza section they only give you 3 pizzas to select from and you have to tap tap tap tap across to see more pizzas in the range. It's taken me 15 minutes to try and get an order through, if I called I would have been eating my pizza now. Just use a browser to order pizza online it is much faster but still the same system.

Cannot open this app on my Nexus 5! How do I give this zero stars? [48hrs after posting my specific issue with a score of one star, the app is updated & now appears to function! Well done! I've adjusted my score to 3-stars - pending my actually placing an order. I hope it works well because I detest the flash on the website plus the unwanted crap sell-sell pop-ups. It won't let me quickly just order what I want to order. Also the pop-ups are graphic intensive making it v slow over 3G when I'm out & about.]

SERIOUSLY NEEDS UPDATING. After placing an order online and paying by account there's nothing to indicate that the transaction is completed. WHY?. And specials also are not recognized. HTC One Max, Lollipop 5.0.2 & Sense 6.0.

So hard to negotiate - hard to edit orders etc ....takes me 15mins to place an order and I know what I want!! Argh...by the time I finish I want to throw the phone across the room!!

Developing a native app would surely be much cheaper than the lost revenue as a result of this one. How has this happened twice Pizza Hut?

Your app says there is no store to look after our address and we should use another address (wtf) Dominos here we come.
