Pizza Hut

Tried to set up an account when I was wanting to order some pizza. It makes you go month by month starting with the current month to try and get to the year of your birthday. I was born in 1973, so it would have taken me around 500 clicks to get to the proper year to enter my birthday. I tried just not entering my birthday, but it wouldn't accept that. I tried just entering what it showed, the current year, and it told me I have to be at least 16 years old. I decided Pizza Hut didn't really want my business if that are going to make it this hard, and ordered from Papa Johns instead.

This app is absolutely stellar. Major accolades for the developers and maintainers of the Pizza Hut app.. it's intuitive easy-to-use the menu makes perfect sense and I know exactly what I'm ordering throughout the entire process. There is no need to look back or wonder if you got everything because you get an opportunity to confirm every part of your order ....every topping, every side, every dip will be in there if you ordered it... If your order is wrong is because you answered it that way. Great job pizza hut..

" I am not that hungry! " Hi, I tried to order online but my order was 8 dollars, but I could not get it delivered? Pizza Hut suggested I should add another item to the order because there is a 10 dollar minimum, but I am already forced to pay $3 for delivery and I still have to tip the delivery guy. Why do I feel like I'm getting penalized for trying to be a customer it's okay I'll just go to the local pizzeria free delivery cheaper prices.

Pizza saved my life today. I downloaded the app was able to sign up easily, was able to place an order, pay with card online and have it for pickup in less than 15 min. Navigation is simple, as with any new app or phone, you need to learn how to use it. For those swiping away to their birthdate you can click on today's date and choose what year you were born, swipe to month, simple. I ordered the dinner box through the app, for some reason it added an extra dollar. No reason why, but w/e it's a dollar extra for a dinner box, I'm getting so much food. Again, pizza saved my life. I've never had any problems using the Pizza Hut app. Everything you need to do in order to have your delicious, hot, and cheesy pizza, either delivered right to your door or ready for pick up, is simple and right at your fingertips. It couldn't be any easier. You can even choose to receive a text when your pizza is on it's way to you. Great job, guys!!!

The app can find my new Pizza hut location. Great. But it has a serious bug. If you start to create a pizza using hut rewards but don't add it to your cart you both cannot edit the pizza further AND the points get locked up as the app says they're in your cart when nothing is in your cart. Pretty major bug honestly.

The app is useless for me. Location (gps) services is enabled, and it can accurately locate stores nearest me, BUT I CAN'T ORDER from ANY of the locations because the app says they are all closed at this time (7pm in Hawaii)! Was finally able to order via website.

Came to the store for my first time, had an awful day, my dad #1 wish Pizza Hut. Bryan helps me out with the application to finally understand it because he gave me a helping hand. Amazing turns out as he was great at his costumer service. I will be come back. And bring the family plus a few friends...

Great delivery time, easy to pay. I can't create an account and get rewards though because it wants me to back button through every single month from today back to 1991. So I do. Go to enter the next thing... and it acts like I didn't enter anything. Good food, s**t app. If somebody was born even as recently as 2011, trust me Pizza Hut: they're NOT trying to order food. Quit with the "minor bug fixes" app updates and please update your formatting!

I love that I can simply just use the app without the hassle of repeating yourself thru the phone. You don't have trouble ordering either, its all easy. My only complaint is that we can't just edit the toppings of our pizza when we have gone to the next page. We can't just push back. I don't even think I'm explaining my complaint correctly lol

It works fine, and is quick. Although a few times Id see an order come up in my cart in which I hadnt actually selected. So, you kind of need to just make sure your cart doesnt have anything random or extra on there that you didnt want.

Delivered my pizza to the wrong address from my saved adresses on the app, called and said they were outside I said they had the wrong house so they told me to call the restaurant. The manager instructed us to call the other location and they would take care of it, they ended up charging us double so we paid 56 dollars for a large pepperoni and 8 wings. Called the original store back and they said it was our fault

Couldn't get app to work. After pressing continue from the select a store screen, the app will load for about 5 seconds and then give me an error message stating "Couldn't save current address". The address was entered correctly. I even tried entering the address a few different ways and it still wouldn't work. Garbage app and I wouldn't recommend it. Just order off their website.

This app stopped working months and months ago and none of the updates since have fixed it. It keeps saying the app is experiencing technical difficulties. I used to order here twice a month or more, and now I haven't in maybe a year. You should really fix this; it's legitimately losing you money at this point.

Why is you pizza so expensive now?? Thought I would order when they are 50% but hell a large 5 topping was going to be 13 bucks. To me that is not half price. That means that pizza is normally 26 bucks?? Nothing you make is worth that much. I can get much better quality pizza from a real pizza place. You make FAST FOOD!! I have less than 10 bucks I am willing to give you for a large pizza. If you can't adjust your prices I can go to another fast food place and get good value for my 10 bucks or less.

Good app, I use it often. My main problem is it always asks me to choose what store I want to order from. Which is fine if I was on the road a lot, but 99% of my orders are from the same store. The store location is easy to change in app anyway, and I find it useless for it to always ask. Otherwise it's all good and easy.

I could not use the app u less I updated it. It also has cheated me out of points many times... Not a fan of being told I will get rewards but then never receiving what was promised

This app never ever works right. I always have to force shut the app 2 or 3 times in the middle of an order and restart it. (With a brand new phone , so that's not the problem). I have not ordered from pizza hut on multiple occasions just to not have to deal with it.

I like the convenience but you are unable to make an account if you live in the boonies. When you put your address in, such as a farm to market road or county road, it won't accept it as a valid address. Lame. Wish they would deliver to me as well. My tips would make it worth it

I love pizza but the 1 star missing is bc I tried getting the 2 Large 3-topping pizzas on my cart multiple times but it never went through after filling out the order..? It's also kind of slow when it comes to tapping on things. But I like pizza lol so i gave y'all 4 stars

Phone cant make an order. Hasnt been able to for a while i just kinda wonder when you guys are gunna fix it.. i click on a store to order from then i get an error message... been that way for months. Quite frankly its a little annoying.

It was never a good app. Unfortunately the pizza is a little overpriced, and the specials are few. I remember during the pizza wars a few years ago, the franchises couldn't make pizzas fast enough to keep up with demand. Those were good times for pizza fans.

It works but there's a few bugs need to be worked out. Unable to backup or return to certain screens without having to start all over. Overall it's great at least we get our food

The app sends you ads as notifications, and you can't turn them off without blocking all notifications (which then prevents you from getting order updates). Just use their website. The app is broken half the time anyway because their app developers and website developers do things like make different password requirements so that a password you create on the website can't be entered in the app.

Crappy app! I had to re-enter my information several times. I have been trying to place an order for over 40 minutes! And having to click over 50 times to get to my birthday is nuts.

I would have given it 5 stars but I wanted an Italian Salad but there was no description. Called my local hut to find out what the was in it. They couldn't tell me. Got disconnected twice. Ordered the side garden instead. Garden was about $4 less then the Italian. Huts loss. Other then lack of description on some items, app is good.

Works sometimes but crashes often. When ordering it won't let you change order after adding to the shopping cart. App won't save cc info like any other pizza app out there. Just isn't worth the hassle so I just buy elsewhere.

Whoever coded the account setup is an idiot. My birthday is a hard requirement but they make me flip through each month to get to it. I am 58. I uninstalled the app within 10 minutes.

Difficult to set up. Doesn't show what was ordered only the price. Can't back up, have to start all over if you mess up. App crashed when pushed the Visa payment. All and all took over a hour to order a pizza.

When I started to get my order ready I couldn't find where my location has Gluten free crust. If your going to advertise that your company has Gluten free options for everyone..... make sure it's actually AVAILABLE for people. #bigbusinesscrappyservice

New app works much better. Locate closest shop and easy to order now. Hope pizza comes like it says or I'll be done cause I hate when it takes a hour and then it comes cold. Piss me off about pizza hut the most.

Simple and smooth but doesn't store credit card info and I'm asked to sign up for alerts on every order although I already signed up every time I place an order... still the greatest though

Never been so infuriating to order pizza. For one they don't allow you to save credit card information on your account to make life easier. Oh and even when you put all your information in, the constant "credit card expiration date required" will pop up even when you clearly put it in. I quickly switched to dominos and got set up in under a minute. I'd rather spend more money on dominos than deal with this garbage app.

Their app has improved a lot. I didn't like their apps before, but they made major improvements which makes it easy for online ordering. Plus they have great online ordering deals and discounts!

I liked it when I was able to use it. But it seems that over the past month the app doesn't work. When I open it it says there are technical issues and redirects me to the website. When is will this issue be fixed? Should I even bother keeping the app?

Worst app in the world. Keeps saying It needs an expiration date on my card which is there. Tried another card same thing. Tried uninstall and reinstall same thing. All I'm trying to do is order 20 pizza for work. Rediculous...

Easier for phone use than the website. Set up well. Only flaw I ran into has been when using my hut rewards points there have been some glitches that had to be fixed by calling customer service. All in all good app.

For a month delivery isn't an option. I was told it would be fixed a month ago. I have to call the store and tell them my online order special to get it. Annnnd my last 2 orders accrued no points for the rewards thing. ????

The app is okay but sometimes the deals don't work or cannot be added to the order or makes the whole order not submit correctly. Hopefully they can fix this glitch. Other than that, it's awesome to be able to order quickly and easily from my phone.

First time using the app was flawless. The last two attempts (3 months apart, 1 update apart), the app is unable to locate stores. I tried searching by ZIP code, and using location services. Please update soon so I don't have to enter my rewards info online from my phone every time.
