Worst app! I tried to order some buckets at the payment section they ask me my address..when I try to put my address it says not available ! Like what ? I thought it's my location problem..! Then I tried inserting some multiple locations but it also doesn't take that address ! Then i ordered from zomato it worked perfectly and the kfc delivery boy came ! Seriously? Kfc app doesn't support my location but via 3rd party I can order ...plz fix this asap

i have ordered and paid through online after some time showing error and did not received any confirmation msg by kfc ..but money debited on my account and sucessfully credited his account ...till not received refund

Worst app ever seen to order food, you cannot put your address until or unless it is already there.

This app is cancer. It can't even register an account because I have to select my address from a list of preselected locations. It takes less time to call up the KFC next to my house than do anything on this app. Stop hiring failures to develop apps for you.

Lousy app lousier service. Address can't be updated in the app. Once order is placed on call, they call back to tell about missing ingredients like the lettuce or even shortage of pieces like smoke grilled leg pieces..and then cheat on quantity on popcorns (ECR kottivakkam Chennai outlet)

I ordered on 20 th September. A little while later the store called me and said they're unable to deliver and that I'll get my refund in 15 days. I waited till 8th October but no refund. So I sent an email. They acknowledged it but I haven't received a refund till now. Thinking of going to consumer court for this issue.

Every time unable to pay online..error.. SDK not installed properly ...also reinstall the app but same issue... Unable to update proper address due to less space..Order Tracking is also not proper

The app literally sucks ! I am even encountering a problem in typing my delivery address .. using this app is a headache in its own way . not customer friendly . I recommend everyone not to order from this app . I wasted 15 min just to figure out my location and add delivery address. F****

I had a bad experience. The app couldn't detect my address and showed that my order too was invalid. Dont install it. The app is stupid

This app is not working properly.. It's not locate your location.. KFC is big company but there app are so poor for handle.. Better we order from another fast food restaurant..

Does not access location, even it does not select manually... did not get why in the first place did it ask for GPS/Location permissions... bad UI... think someone developed it in a hurry and left midway... not acceptable from a brand like KFC...

They totally sucked !! It's not even about half a kilometre distance from my house and they are showing no outlets near by ,, horrible. I live in jodhpur park and south city mall is the closest outlet they have which is not more than a kilometre away. No wonders why even Domino's which sales pizza are now selling fried chicken and getting success!! Wake up KFC.. STOP IGNORING OUR FEEDBACK

Pre-filled with locations and do not allow to write the exact location. Don't think that you know all the location. You can choose the area you have delivery to.

A very disheartening experience from one of my favourite food place. I was very dismayed from my previous order on KFC app. The expected delivery time in the app showed around 32 minutes while the order was delivered in more than 2 hours. This is the second time such incident has taken place. About 90 minutes after the order was placed when there was no sign of delivery I tried reaching out the customer care where I was informed that the order has been dispatched. Further the customer care person said that you will receive a call from the manager why such an irresponsible behaviour was shown from the restaurant incharge but the sad part being I received no such call. A time when a person is totally famished and posterior to it an incident like this totally spurs the persons trust. 10 minutes later I receive a message confirming the delivery boy's number. On reaching out to him, says that he is waiting to collect order from KFC and will take about half an hour more. The order was delivered after half an hour but it took almost more than 2 hours to deliver a single order. Such irresponsible behaviour from a trusted food chain was never expected. Hope some actions are taken in order to maintain a serious customer relationship or else you keep on losing your valuable customers, one for now.
