So they put their prices up and then create this as a sort of compensation, which I wouldn't really have a problem with if it actually worked. Whenever I try to enter receipt details it tells me receipt has already been used so basically doesn't work. Haven't been to kfc for a while now which is good for my gut and definitely my wallet. #jokers

Can't add receipts since update which is essential when about a third of the time you're told that the scanner isn't working in store or thru the drive thru (Or even on one occasion when the guy told me he couldn't be bothered to scan it for me! True!). I like change but I preferred the old design. Easier to navigate.

The App Update SUCKS!!! and that's putting it politely. Since the app update my stamps though they show as available I can't use them in stores. The staff even tried to say you have to make a purchase at the same time so I can redeem my stamps for a freebie. They just had no clue how to handle it and we're very unhelpful and rude. Revert back to the old style app where it was user friendly and a bit more inviting rather than the black and white cap on the new update. An Update Fail!

It's good, but it doesn't make much sense that you get 1 point w/ a £3 spend, but then only get 2 points w/ a £15 order. 1 point for every £3 would be better. My student discount also means I can't use the Daily deals, which is a shame. This isn't a complaint, because I appreciate the discount, just an observation ;)

This app is a joke i brought KFC and i could not add in the stamps because it required receipt number restuarant IDand other dumb stuff... use tou brain nandos been doing this for ten years now where you simply put in nandos chilli code... i dont want to have reciepts with 20 different gibberish on then... i couldnt redeem my stamps over complicated receipt was in a different format to the example provided... utter waste of time

New app is more difficult to use. Still ok but much harder to find things and less intuitive than the last app. Still great idea so I can scan my card if I don't have it with me

I think the app works fine. I scan my barcode, my stamps add within seconds, the photos are fine. Just hit all 3 freebies but never use my free daily coffee. As it can use location services it would be nice if prices were available. Apart from that it's a great app especial for this like me who lose cards too often.

App has become harder to navigate, food descriptions are useless fluff with no information about what you'd actually get in sharing meals, or prices for that matter. Either be upfront or don't include it in the app.

I really like the app, but the restaurant staff usually doesn't know how to deal with the offers. Since there is no self service terminal in Brighton, the app is pretty much useless here.

Illegal scheme and sham! You get 2 free wings in form of 3 token. But problem is you need to spend minimum of £3 to get just 1 code. That's fine and all. But what pissed me off is that people I referred to use my code on registration did, and I did not get any tokens for them. So what gives!? What is with the false advertising. I am uninstalling the app now.

Prefect example in what not to approve. Whomever approved this design was either drunk, high on drugs or both. Why do the food items have no true description and why is it a good idea to make an app that is ten times harder to navigate that the previous one

Great app. The only downfall is you can only add points from 2 receipts a month!!! So disappointing. I often call in from work without my card or phone so this should be increased.

Claimed my free snack (regular popcorn chicken) and got given a small! I am aware that it is free and appreciate that but it doesn't mean I should be given a smaller size! The free side is small popcorn so I feel conned!

I would be able to tell you more if it would accept my email address, keeps saying it's not valid. Also get grief in-store for still having a card I can't register

This is the first time I have used the app it is easy to use and understand I have had no problems with it, can scan q code no problem adding receipts easily as well. The best thing about the app is the free food you get when you have collected enough stamps........ Yummy.

I've been a regular user of their app for months, using quite a few rewards and offers, good rewards, though be very careful to check your rewards and stamps every time. Also, rewards expire, so you must use them fairly quickly. Best offers seem mostly aimed at families who can buy a lot at once.

Great to get offers, agree adding a receipt is a pain so I normally end up calling head office to get the points added. Hopefully an easier way in the future

New design sucks. Its used to have nice pictures of everything now its black & white clip art. Whos idea was it to make all these changes..

I installed the app and when I launched it, it just froze and kept doing that, so I uninstalled it. What a waste of time! A shame we can't give 0 stars for useless apps.

Exactly what it says on the tin. You're out of luck of you own an iphone though because functionality is severely crippled, serves you right for owning one I guess ;)

Now much improved, it's quick and barcode ready to scan (as it should be). Loyalty and store info all there as you would expect.

I can't add any stamps on the app from the receipt. It says error

Not bad App, would be good if when the code gets scan it tells the KFC staff what the code offer was so they make a head start at filling up my belly

App refused to work until I updated it, when I did my reward was gone, this all happened while stood in line, so I left my order and went burger King instead.

Since the update I can no longer sign in as it continually says my e-mail is invalid even when trying to sign in with Facebook. It also asks me to enter all my details again as if I were setting up a new account when I already had an account using my Hotmail e-mail therefore losing all my previously saved stamps.

Kfc you have robbed me of my £5 off reward, n the new app is shocking n difficult to navigate, bad move kfc!!! N there's no contact us so I can try get my reward bk!!!! Shocking kfc !!!!!

Each time I try to sign in, it says I need to fill out some details. After doing so, the app crashes and sends me back to sign in again. It never lets me sign in. Can you fix this please?

I joined and scanned in loads of meals. The first one took, but after that, no amount of scanning gave me any more points. Whether in store or online, I never got any more points applied to my account. Simply put, the first purchase works, to suck you in, but no other points get credited to your account.

Used the app in store 3 times now and no stamps have added. So yesterday I entered the receipt after another failed attempt, and it just states the order is already linked to the account - but no stamps!

I could not ask for anything better <3 going for my 3rd £5 off

Why have you doubled up the registration? I had to sign up in the app and then again when you send the email. The latter isn't accepting the colonels club card number. FFS. You've made it really difficult, in fact in this occasion impossible.

I never used to like KFC but my friend gave me a little try of her boneless chicken and now I am hooked :) I have one at least once a week and it's very good for hangovers :)

Well when I gave someone my code so they could get 3 stamps I didn't get my 3 so if you could put them into my account that would be very appreciated

It's Ok. I use drive thru mainly and it's a real shame you cannot select meal on app and when you arrive at counter the operator scans or you read out code as all drive thru i have been to have no scanner and pay for meal. Twice now been waiting ages and I mean ages as person in front taken way too long to order.

App doesn't open just spinning when opening it useless previous version worked perfectly app now working however I referred a friend who then made a purchase and got their stamps however I've not been given the refer a friend stamps as yet

How can you not love freebies. So far so good :)

App is Great,shame the KFC store is poor,often very slow service and worse of all,they always run out of something or the krushem machine dont work when busy.

Unfair I had racked up loads of stamps and had money off. They must have updated the app and I lost everything. So unfair

It says to enter next pound amount when inputting receipts but sometimes it changes to actual transaction value. So £9.56 in stead of next pound in £10.00

Don't deliver to where I am would it let me show the people at kfc that I have a token would they give my free side
