Scrotter is an app for Android that allows you to place your screenshots inside the image of a mobile device (such as a phone, tablet, or phablet) and then save your image for publishing.
Many phones are supported, but if yours is not, PLEASE send me an email. I apologize for my delay in adding many recent devices; it's very difficult to find templates of a high enough quality to actually add, plus I've been very busy.
The name "Scrotter" is a portmanteau: SCReenshOT framER.
Scrotter is completely open source, and released under the GPLv2. You may fork, contribute, and report issues at Github:

Hasn't been updated in almost three years. If you have a three year-old phone, it'll work fine, but if you've upgraded in the past three years, it would be better to use Photoshop or GIMP to make your own framed screenshots. I will edit this review when new phones are supported.

Good app for showcasing, really need to get the on the ball with adding phones. Not a dev but it seems like it would be pretty simple. OPO user here btw.

Looks like it can work really well, so that's good enough for me. The Moto series(G, X, E) should get supported though since they getting really popular now. I could email templates if you need them.

The app is fantastic for framing my screenshots but I have since left my s2 behind and now have a G2 and would so love to see some new devices added to the pool. Will be purchasing the donate version when i get paid. Thank you for development.

It's a bit outdated at this point, but it's still nice to not have to use photoshop. I'd like to see support for the S7 at some point.
