Super but Tirunelveli City Municipal Birth illa

Very good initiative by the district administration but it will wrap up only the city limit so the beneficiaries would be the people dwelling in the city jurisdiction only. It should be extended and catered to people residing other parts of the district including all municipalities, unions, panchayats to address their grievance too.

Good forward think... But we need proper response also...if any complaint raised by people, give to him immediate response...otherwise this is not need to us... My complaint number is10802... Till now no response from your side....then how is going to Success????

A good initiative.. Still to improve a lot. You can add municipalities of the district with respective complaint and grievance lodger.

NO RESPONSE against complaints. Then what is use of this app.. It clearly reflects poor & useless administration..

Its a very good start for the improvement of city. And complaints can be recorded...
