Why on earth would it delete my images? Is there any way I can get them back. I have an android but don't know the version. If it doesn't work for certsin android versions then you should add it as a disclaimer or something. I just want my pictures back

I love the app but for some reason everytime I name a folder with emojis, all the pictures only within that folder are unviewable and the thumbnail is just the theme color. It all goes back to normal once the folder name has NO emojis. Please fix devs. Would love to use emojis

The app is alright. I haven't had any major issues til my phone broke. I got a new smart phone but now when I synced the app to this phone, my photos and their albums are all there but the photos are blank...?

I recommend this! But gif files I've hidden won't play. Also, after importing the files, it doesn't actually delete them, it just makes the files unreadable in gallery, and one file still had a(rather embarrassing) thumbnail. I had to manually delete them. But other than that this app is incredibly useful!

This app lost my memories would not let my password work delete delete!!! THE FACT THAT IVE NEVER LEFT A BAD RATING even throughout wasting money on amazon should tell you how messed up this is smh try again developers better yet dont. #memoriesgone

I downloaded the app and got slightly confused exporting the files to my phone. After learning the procedure, i give this app a 5 star review as it provides all the tools we are in search of. Thanks !

Do NOT risk your personal media files with this app! Upon attempting to import some pictures and mp4 clips into the vault, they were deleted for no apparent reason. They didn't even make it to the vault. Lucky my media is backed up on the cloud!!

Wow I am impressed by what this app does but there's one flaw that I found when you leave the app it will close itself so you don't have to do it but when u then go back on to the app pressing the back button on most Samsung devices will put you back into your secret folders. easy fix is just close it your self but I would be nice to not have to and keep your folders safe

It says enter your password. But I never created one, so it won't let me in. I just got it and still need some instructions on how to use it.

So I got a new phone because my previous one broke and now all the pictures are blank and I don't know how to get them back someone please help then my phone broke again and I can't even sigh in to my Gmail to recover anything

Once I put a passcode on one of the folders it didn't let me view any of the pictures inside, they were just the theme colour.

I used many such apps on iOS, those were perfect but this one on android is very clever. Very simple and clever entry gate. Why the hell people rated it low stars. I urge them to read once again how to use it. Developer giving this Free, support them!!!!

Everytime that i change a foldrr name,pictures come up blank...change color of folder,come up blank..add to many photos comes up blank like wtf

If you add more features like: when put my phone upset it lock automatically it will be more better and if you add more locking things like program lock and documents hidding it will be very better thanks

I got everything downand how to import them but. Exporting them i still dont know how to do. Can anyone help with this.

This app just erased all of my photos that I tried to move, they are not even on the app. I have just lost 5yrs of pics thanks a lot assholes.

I loved this app at first, but then, For the second time, it has deleted all of my photos and my accounts can't recover my photos or wont that was the first time, this time, all the photos turned blue, how the hell to i get them back

Around the time after installing this app pop up viruses started occurring idk if it was this or not

It's a great app however I have a locked folder in the app and do not remember the password. Is there any way to retrieve the password or change it without losing the pictures inside?

For some reason i cant import. It tries but imports nothing and a red square appears. I have checked if the pic exists and it does, please fix asap

If you could add an option to add audio files as well and even encrypt just normal files too along with the ability to automatically close the app when you lock the screen would be just amazing

I forgot my password and dont have access to the recovery email, i deleted the app and reinstalled but the appdata was still there, i deleted the yptech appdata but it still did nothing, what do i do?
