About Drink water
Drink water (4Health) is created on the principles of healthy eating. After you put in your weight, the program calculates the amount of water necessary for your body per day.
There are the following time periods set by default:
No eating for 30 minutes after water, no eating for 3 hours after standard meals, no eating for 2 hours after snacks and no drinking for 1 hour after eating.
But if you’re following another diet, you can set personal time periods between eating and drinking.
You can find out when it’s time to eat or to drink water by opening the program or with notices on your phone.
For comfortable use you set one amount of water that will be used by default. It is shown as a full glass of water. If needed you can add any amount of water by pressing the turned upside down drop of water situated above the glass. There is also a possibility to add info about uncertain amount of water, for example, a half a bottle of water, by pressing the half-full glass of water icon. Also you can mark the meals in the app.
At the end of a day after pressing a special button, you can see a report on how thoroughly the eating and drinking regime was followed. The data on the current period are saved and a new day starts automatically.
