Yoza

Great idea, terrible system. I was so excited when I first heard of Yoza - the idea is a clear winner for a number of reasons - but in practice it was a tremendous let-down. We heard frequent complaints from washers that their payments were delayed, sometimes by a month or more - not exactly what one expects from a "social enterprise". Moreover, despite my wife and I making every effort to be accommodating to the washers' schedules, they routinely failed to show up at all, with absolutely no explanation from anyone. Finding a replacement washer took weeks, and registering a complaint (never mind having it resolved) was a massive headache. In the end, we simply gave up, forfeiting what remained of our account balance just to rid ourselves of the headache. I understand this is a startup experiencing "growing pains", but the fact remains: the company is poorly managed, has no customer service ethos, and cannot deliver on their claims. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Good start up and vital service, but improvement needed. A main menu with links to functionalities of app would come before requesting for user registration

Finally an easy way to wash my cloth. Good services.
