The house is a single storey traditional Portugese village house set in an elevated position on the outskirts of the small village of Alportel, it is full south facing with outstanding views over the opposite side of the valley.

The house is 25 mins from Faro airport and the beach.

The house has been tastefully upgraded over the years but still with plenty of charm,

The house consists of Entrance door leading to the main corridor off which are the three bedrooms, one double and two twin bedded rooms,each with ample wardrobe and drawer storage, All beds have memory foam mattresses for comfort, Bathroom with full size bath/shower wc and wash basin , Lounge with wood burning stove, DVD player and corner suite, 2nd wc , kitchen/dining room with table and chairs, fitted kitchen with electric oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine, microwave and toaster. Patio area to the front with purgola and lights and Sun loungers, BBQ area with table and chairs. Steps down to the gardens which are still in the design stage.
