Used 4 times now and not let me down, get a Taxi in minutes don't use anyone else now although price can vary for same route

I had problems with V Cars app when it first came out, but used it yesterday with no problem at all. It's helpful to see where your ride has got to.

Ok when the taxi turns up. Unlike tonight.

The app works well, pretty solid, almost reminiscent of Uber. If the design was updated slightly, and "iPhone" references in this store listing changed, it'd be perfect.

Firstly this is a badly designed and very lazily made app. The paying by card option simply doesn't work so shouldn't be there as an option. I was able to book a taxi and I could also track where it was but this app does need work. It has improved since I last used it so I have to give some credit.

Awful user experience aimed at iOS users. None of my credit cards were accepted and the card scanner does not detect expiry date or name. After manually entering details all cards I tried were declined despite working fine elsewhere. What a joke. Uninstalling.

Frequently sends cabs to the wrong pickup location. Other than that it's OK.

Impossible to log in. It says login failed. If you say forgotten password, it says it has emailed but it doesn't. Rubbish.

I am deaf so this was excellent in swindon very easy to use

Dated and often broken ui (black text on black for example). Account support seems completely broken. I have colleagues who manage to get non account taxis with this, hence the 3 stars.

Booked a taxi in Bristol and went about the business of getting ready. When it was nearly time for the taxi to come noticed a voice mail which was from Vcars BATH telling me to phone Vcars Bristol, they couldn't get a taxi to us for another 45 minutes! Don't waste your time.

Easy to use but one thing to mention is that the estimated journey cost is way out (too low every time)

Not able to receive SMS pin, waste of downloading it.

No SMS being received to activate it.

Crashes when you try to open the app.

I'm impressed with this app. Seems to work fine and I like that you get notifications and can track the taxi.

Updated to latest version, Still crashes everytime on startup. Nexus 5 running 4.4.2 / ART runtime.

Service tends to be flaky and requires multiple uninstalls and reinstalls each week.

Won't run if you use Android Runtime (ART) instead of Dalvik. Best fix this before Google phase out Dalvik eh?

Easy to use, you can check to see where the car is yourself and if it has been dispatched. Helpful when out with friends on a Saturday night !
