Care Coordinators are a waste of money. While many can benefit from their service, those of us who prefer autonomy in our health records management are completely ignored. For example, if you see a psychiatrist for medication management, you CANNOT view your claims on the care coordinator website nor can you access the actual health insurer's website. Control of my personal health records has been completely taken from me and I couldn't hate it more.
