Excellent concept but the app does need some serious tweaking. It will display the rewards card number and with about a day of lag time will display rewards earned. Notification of new products seems to be hit or miss, usually I get quicker notification on one of two email addresses. Being able to log out and change rewards cards would be helpful for those who had a Rugged Wearhouse card and updated to the club happy card. That doesn't seem to be an option because the actual mygabes website won't even let you get a password reset or reminder. In-store notification when you approach new products is excellent when you are in a store that has it enabled. Get the kinks ironed out and this will be a kick-ass app.

My email was entered incorrectly when I was signed up for a card in store. So when I signed up for the app, it created a separate card for me. I'd like to merge them if possible because I have a coupon and WAY more points on my physical card, but would like to be able to access it on the app.

Will not complete sign in. I've tried multiple times and have even reloaded the app. Still does it. It's like it's stuck in perpetual sign in mode. Very frustrating as I've lost out on being able to use Gabe money I earned on more than one shopping trip.

I was so excited to use this app. But it won't complete the initial login. I see several people have logged this same complaint. I sure hope this gets fixed soon.

HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time. It will not allow me to complete sign-up. It constantly returns me to previous screen where it deletes the info I already enteted. I see others had the same complaint. Very frustrating. I do love the store, however. It's a shame the app is so terrible. Also, I think the rating is misleading. I read negative reviews but the reviewer gave a 5 star rating (even though stating the app does not work). I guess the rating system is too complicated for some.

I'm highly frustrated with your app and your website! I saw your commercial while watching TV and thought to myself "wow, this place sounds great! I think I'll check it out online first." but when I went online, I was unable to view any of the products, so I downloaded the app and I still can't view any of your products. That's just wrong!!!

Besides the point that this app allows you to have your reward card and coupons with you at all times it can really use some tweaks. I have eight coupons send to my email, but only one coupon is available when I opened this app (good thing I keep my receipts and emails). Also, this app allows you to see how many more points need to be spend to earn the next coupon. However, it seems to take forever to update the points earn. I spend $30 last week and $5 yesterday and the app is still telling me I need to spend $50 dollar to earn my next coupon. It also let's you see your purchases, but my latest purchases haven't been updated. And, it would be a cool if each purchase history is a digital receipt. And I mean exact replica receipt. As of right now I can see the items bought with the skew number and prices, but it doesn't have the rest of the receiot, like the Barcode that is needed for a return. That way if a customer loses the receipt and need to return an item, he/she can just pull up the receipt on the app and let the cashier scan the Barcode to proceed with the return. The settings for this app needs some tweaking too. I think it should allowed customers to be able to edit personal information through the app instead of having to update personal information inside the store. I even tried to update personal information online, but the website is as bad as the app. FYI, I only downloaded the app because the website would not let me logged in at all. One last thing to mind is that there should be an option to sign out of the app. My friend and I went to the Gabes in Charlotte , NC today and she forgot her physical rewards card. She downloaded the app, but on her phone the app is stuck in a perpetual sign in mode. So, we both thought maybe she can use the app on my phone to access her card, but apparently once you're logged in it doesn't seem like you can logged out. Other than that I'm waiting to see the shopping section of this app.

Completely worthless app. Can't log in to account. Never sends password change email.

App will not let me use my existing gabes card it gave me a new card and dosnt didn't have the option to put my card in...deleting the app it's a easy of time and data space

This is the coolest app ever and yes needs work but Rome wasn't bilt in a day either. Be patient and watch the greatness come alive. So worth it and it's FREE!!!!!!!

Meh. It's an OK app would just like to see more than purses and sunglasses in the shopping section.

I see no point in it. It doesn't show any information at all. No coupons, no purchases, no alerts, and the shopping page doesn't load

This app has a LOT of potential, and some things, like the purchase history and digital coupons, are great. However the app appears unfinished. The shopping tab will not load at all, and many of the store listings are completely blank. It needs some work.

It keeps your prior purchases and your coupons....that alone is a life saver
