Rádio São Bento

A Rádio São Bento Ltda surgiu da garra e determinação do comunicador Giovanni de Lima (In memorian). Na década de 80, mais precisamente em 19 de julho de 1980, quando a Rádio São bento iniciou suas transmissões radiofônicas. Na época o então fundador, “Giovanni de Lima”, estipulou e orientou a todos para o principal objetivo da emissora:

“Seremos o olho crítico da sociedade, interpretando e discutindo seus anseios comuns. Não estamos aqui para mudar as tradições, mas sim para enaltecê-las. Ainda em seu pronunciamento de inauguração da emissora Giovanni frisou – não queremos ser o mais simpático, mas sim o mais honesto, pois o rádio ou qualquer outro veículo de comunicação só terá sentido quando tiver como endereço a comunidade.”
