A CBN Curitiba entrou no ar no dia cinco de maio de 1995.
A CBN Curitiba entrou no ar com várias inovações: a principal foi a transmissão só de notícias, opção que não existia em emissoras AM ou FM da capital. Com isso, a CBN se tornou a primeira FM essencialmente jornalística do Paraná.
Em 2017, a CBN Curitiba completa 22 anos, e passa a ser transmitida também em AM com o prefixo 670, com uma programação jornalística local de seis horas diárias – de segunda a sexta – além da programação especial de sábado (CBN Debate) e as transmissões esportivas de jogos dos times paranaenses no AM. The CBN Curitiba went live on May 5, 1995.
The CBN Curitiba went on the air with several innovations: the main one was the only news broadcast, an option that did not exist in AM or FM stations in the capital. Thus, the CBN became the first essentially journalistic FM Parana.
In 2017, the CBN Curitiba full 22 years, and is now also broadcast on AM with the prefix 670, with a local news programming six hours - Monday through Friday - besides the special program Saturday (CBN Debate) and sports broadcasts games of Paraná teams in the AM.
