GO FileMaster

The ONLY app on my tablet AND phone that says "No WiFi connection" (when using the Computers(SMB) "Scan" function). Now how in the world is it supposed to transfer files between devices if it can't even find the dang WiFi? And you've got a Pro version of this that you expect to sell? Good luck with that....

I was very disappointed with this description. It is not a free product. You must pay in order to use some of the tools. Unable to transfer files from the phone to the SD card. If anyone knows of an app that works great like that please let me know

Nice easy communication channel for swapping files between my phone and pc over wifi and even over the web! Only just begun exploring but haven't run into noticeable limitations. Really awesome app thank you guys.

Like others have stated, app has good potential, but this is a very glitchy and buggy app that constantly freezes and stalls, probably because of all the ads that constantly run while using. Difficult to select multiple photos, after selecting , the apps keep unselecting them, and have been waiting almost 20 mins for the app to find any devices on the same network. Other apps have found within seconds on my Samsung Smartphone. Just Not impressed, time to move along.

Previously loved this file manager. Have had it for years, with no flaws. Of course, I tranfered it to my NEW phone, upon upgrading, several months ago -- at which time and all of a sudden, the app said I had to pay $4.99 to (once again) BUY this app's use of my Dropbox. So disappointed. Had always been been my ONE and only file manager.

With the latest update filemaster doesnt read that I have a sd card it only shows that I have phone memory

Other than that, it's a decent and useful app. But when you pay for a feature, you ought to get it. I've reported this problem repeatedly and I've never gotten a response.

It does not recognize my sd card so i have to transfer all the data on internal.. Which isn't possible..! Secondly.. I don't understand the username nd password system to connect android to pc..

I lOve it....it is a very nice app.... But one thing I can't move any thing to my SD so I copy it.....so fix the only problem.... And update is not available why? Need update..

Since Google changed the SD card permissions it won't see SD card. Thereby making it of no use until it does. Not developers fault. Developer should update description to tell you. Won't be the only app to suffer from this.

I am not able to install. Try to download this for 7 times but fails at 37% everytime.

Every time I try to search the computers it says no WiFi connection although it's connected to my WiFi

I give this app 5 stars this app is wonderful. It does just what it says and with the music transfer through wi-fi direct it will transfer it in less than 1 minute...DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED....

... if it only had Kuaipan among its cloud storage logins!

Easy to use. Search anything on internal and external memory. Best one out there by far. I have used about 5 other file managers and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend.

I paid for the premium version of this app. I love the setup of it! It has the potential to be 1 of the best file managers in the store but it is very limited on what u can do. Just about everything u can do with this apply u can do with the free version of Es file explorer plus more. I really really hope you guys add a ton more features to this app! Would love to be able to use only this file manager but I need ES to do certain things this can't for now.

Appreciated this app since 2013, on my Tablet. BUT ... A big glitch, trying to use it on my new phone (which has 8 gb internal storage, plus my installation of a 32 gb SD Card). GO FileMaster shows me having ONLY ONE storage site -- and calls it a tiny 4.3 gb SD Card(???). The thing is, GO FM IS listing ALL OF THE APPS/FILES on my phone (between my internal storage & 32 gb SD Card). I'm currently using 10 gb of this 40 gb of available memory ... whilst GO FM says I've got only 610 mb free space remaining??!

I've been using this for over two years now. I love it. I love the web share. Very convenient since my charger is a bit messed up and often disconnects from syncing with my laptop without warning which can (and has!) mess up the memory card. Also, for whatever reason my mother and I's newer phones doesn't have a file browser so I recommended this to her right away and she is grateful. (I'm bilingual, so please excuse any wonky English)

Workflows are fast and seamless. UI is good, it hides almost all the technicalities going on in the background from user and provides very intuitive controls. Few suggestions: 1: Do all the operations in background and keep UI free to initiate another operation. 2: Show size in KB, MB instead of bytes. 3: Show notifications for events like completion, Failure. 4: Show transfer speeds, add feature to limit speed.

On cyanogen 11 (Android 4.4.4) the SMB functionality claims that there is no WiFI, while I am connected to my WiFi...

Was my favorite file manager. Until I wanted to move decrypted files. Now it keeps crashing so my files are trapped in a useless device. And tech support won't even respond with an apology.

The original filemaster app is the same thing as this and offers the pro features for free. Seems like a ripoff. All the same feature for FREE.

Only reason you got a four (4) is because this program only works in the PORTRAT MODE NOT IN THE LANDSCAPE MODE WHICH IS A REAL PAIN WHEN USING A TABLET!

This app is perfect for me. I stopped looking for another.

I gave this app 4/5 stars just b/c it occasionally freezes up on me, but then resumes where it left off. Otherwise, it has most features I look for. Easy to use. Only question I have is, what is the purpose of the inbox?

Great for transferring files from one device to another via WiFi. The safebox is good too. But, it now doesn't recognize my external SD card. Also, when connecting to Drive and Box, very slow, almost stalls the app completely. No response from the developer regarding these issues.

This was good to transfer video files from my server to my tablet. WAS being the key word here. Now it wont connect to my wifi everytime i do a scan a warning comes up saying no WiFi connection. have tried everything and still doesnt work.

Does everything well except transfer files over 4gb. I have bluray film files that are 5, 10, 15gb. Starts transferring OK then when it reaches 4gb it stops. I didn't know there was a file size limit.

It does what it says on the tin. Too many useful features are 'pro' version. Not persuaded yet to buy.

Best file manager yet. I needed a wifi file transfer and sync option - even the programs that are made for that purpose couldn't do what they claim. This does. Flawlessly. Supports ext sd card access and two-way file management from pcs, other wireless devices and more. Its very fast! Transfered 1300 images in less than an hour. Better than ES by far.
