This isn't actually a one star review, it's a -1 review. The app worked ok for one day then it started taking my whole phone over. First it kept turning the volume down on my music and then yesterday it did something in the background that ate my battery power by 50% in just 5 hours. Together with another app the ate 27% of my battery power, (which is also going to be uninstalled). Left me with no phone for over half my shift. I drive for a living, do I need my phone in case of emergency. Not happy at all.

Excellent litle app just for buying geek squad insurance a bargain as i found out i had phone in back pocket went to toilet (il leath rest to ur imagination) it was water damage 2nd day i had it glad i took insurance this is 2nd phone so glad bout insurance oh lucky

Have had no issues with this app. Had it for at least 4 year's now. Brilliant.

Always having to put the pin in and then I get charged every time the app texts me my policy number and some status? Just a money making scheme

Done new update and is draining my battery everyday...even with the GPS turned off. Please fix

Good app until the last update. Now it's counting the number of texts I send as double the actual amount. Frustrating. Needs fixing plz.

Already on my phone when purchased I would not recommend anybody download this I have had nothing but problems and I cannot uninstall it either so think before you do. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Honestly avoid taking out cover with geek squad and this shoddy app! It is bloody useless. My house was broken into and alot of items taken including my phone which had mobile superhero on it! ... guess what couldn't even do what it was meant to. Didn't locate. Didn't take pictures nothing! Totally useless. Would give no stars if I could! Waste of time with this when you think you are protected

I would like to delay system lockdown by customising.

Its stupid every time I make a phone call, I had to keep putting in my pin, as my phone wouldn't make an out going call other wise, and keeps saying that its been reported as stolen. When it's not.

The date has overflowed, likely causing the app to crash

I have just downloaded this app. For the comapny that it was made for, it really does look poor.. graphics aren't properly rendering for different resolution sizes; buttons not working; poor colour schemes.. it's all a bit dissapointing really! AVAST does everything and more ! Oh, and it doesn't let you uninstall it. Fantastic. I would vote 0 if possible!

Great way to protect your phone with easy access via the vault on your PC or any other device with Internet access. Great!!!

Can't uninstall! The application uses too much battery life and I feel hacked that I can't simply delete with a password I chose... far too complicated and unsecured in locking me into using it. HOW DO I DEACTIVATE THE APPLICATION IN ORDER TO DELETE IT?

An option as simple as allowing the icon in the notification bar to be hidden would be much appreciated.

It's never detected anything dodgy and I've never needed the security tracking side yet, but it seems to do its job ok
