You bb team, the app is not at all good. It should be much smoother with better user friendly interfaces. BTW i have never seen any tecnician around near my location ever if the engineer is sitting at my house. Why do you promote sucha feature when all you have is a way to reduce your call centre staffing. Moreover although my displayed address indicates a location, the map shows somewhere else.
I am using this app for near about 6 months. It's good but I personally think that it needs a lots of upgradation, as you guyz should put an option to write about the problem and put an option for providing the suitable visiting time (to check the problem) of the users at time of requesting for assistance. Sometimes it also gets hanged for no reason. The you broadband is a good service provider but if you can be a better one by providing a good connection and good service to the customer.
You broadband is cheap in the market. Offers a bunch of data in the 6 month plan. Has very good speeds. These were the only reasons I went for this service provider. However, there are some cons with YOU. There is intermittent outage every now and then. But they are very quick to send a message about the outage and are prompt in fixing the same. Service wise these ppl are very good. They dont harass you like others. On the app also you can track your daily usage, buy/renew plans, post a service request, etc. Overall an awesome experience.
i have a love hate relationship with youbroadband. When it works it works blazing fast .its awesome and when it doesn't it really sucks because there is usually no intimation from the team on why there is ever outage. The app does not help a lot . they say you can track the service technician but that's not true at all. But I must say I love the telephonic helpline .they are always extremely good and courteous .
Its been 22 days now, now one is listing or no one have any courtesy to update regarding unusual delay in installation. Unprofessional and illiterate customer care executive, sales and technical person you have even your appellate authority executive is worst than every one. I have sent many mails and no one replied back with any solutions, I am writing here with no luck if i get response from here or not
Before paying amount they told with 5 days connection will be given but even after 15 days no update no use of reaching out to customer care too. You is treating their customer as fool and idiot. Don't go for it guys if you are smart
This app is an absolute waste of resources and does not serve any purpose. I have observed on a number of occasions that screens such as Service Request History and Offers don't display any information. The app also does not provide a way to the customers to update their address. I am yet to find a single useful feature in this app.
Totally worst service. In 2mbps plan we r getting 100kbps speed. And almost network not available on Saturday & Sunday. Very worst net connection along with their customer service team. I am facing a problem of connection last one and half month continuesly. Every two days I am complaint their but result is same . I already paid for 20 months. That for they are not giving me service. Worst internet connection in world.
Past 10 days no conection. No use of customer care. Simply note down our compline then there is no action.very very poor service. Even technical person not responding our phone call. Act as irresponsible idiots. Proper reminder only for our bill payment. Even six days before. Why peoples are like this.is these things happen only in india? Very much disappointed.
I am not able to see my complaints in the requests history. Whenever I try to log a complaint it always gives error that the complaint already exists, but actually there are no complaints. There are never engineers nearby to log complaint. Also once the address is fixed there should be a provision to change it, which is not the case. There are so many bugs in the app.
This app is only for making money. Once you renew your plan by paying them they never see you. I m complaining since two days and not resolved yet.i paid and still not getting the internet. I regret connecting to This broadband. Pathetic app and pathetic broadband. i still wonder why this app is having 3.1 rating does'nt deserve even 1 .
I've gave a complaint to Customer care service on Saturday then even not resolved my issue and they told me to call Technical operators and I made a call to them they are very irresponsive even i've called several there is no proper response. While Renewing the plan they will be very polite on taking money but lack of irresponsive in solving technical issues this is very bad. I wanted to stop using Youbroadband .....
You broadband chennai, I have been waiting for 3 weeks now that my Internet will be back but every time you are disappointing me. You shouldn't keep your customers waiting. Resolve the issue please. If you loose your customers you loose potential clients too, hope you get the cue. My 1 star shouldnt surprise you. I will be patient for next few days then i am voluntarily suspending my connection.
No communication between technical and service department...they close complain without solved it and not getting confirmation from cliant worst than worst... serviceman ko call karo bolta hai yeh mera area nahi hai aur complain closes...
You broadband offers excellent speeds. But if it goes down, some times it goes down for 3days also and pathetic part is absolutely third class customer support. No one would attend to the issue. And it frequently goes down, almost once in a week! Need a huge improvement in terms of customer service/trouble shooting part.
Very very very bad service provider. Trying to register complain since 5 days from app not happening. If we call customer care, they give all time same answer it will be solved in a 3-4 hour. In a moth 4-5 day not working and last 5 day I get only one answer, we noted your complain and we are working on it.. Waste of money...
I am a very frustrated customer of you broadband. During last one month I have not got a internet connection for a single day for continuous 24 hours even though I have put up many complaints with customer care, almost every alternate day. Pathetic service!
I have this account for the past 2 yrs and they are useless service wife for technical support. They will not call back or followup on out complaints. I suggest that think twice before taking this connection
Absolutely horrible! i thought nothing could be worse than airtel but you broadband has proved me wrong. i got a 15mbps unlimited pack yesterday. it is completely unstable . the customer care is rotten no one has come to address my complaint. i sincerely regret removing my airtel connection.

I hate this app as it doesn't even mention the plan validity start and end dates once I buy a plan. It only shows how many days left. Its a basic feature required for any prepaid application.

the worst customer service ever. no response even after calling the customer care everyday for the past 40 days to resolve a connectivity issue. it's better to complain to a wall than to the customer care who knows nothing. do not go for YOU. it is better to take any other connection than this. YOU can close down for good. it's a useless app which claims real-time technical support but the support is available in the dreams & not in reality. Useless customer care, the worst ISP.

Although the internet speed is brilliant and the cost is low, their service is pathetic. I have faced 3 outages in 15 days and each time it took atleast 4 days for them to resolve the issue. Their technical team has nothing technical about them. They never turn up the same the day you report the issue. And they are highly incompetent. The current condition of their issues resolution and customer support is deplorable. With this they are bound to lose customers. No real customer will give more than one star
Its been 3 weeks since i have paid and I still dont have internet. Customer care has made me run in circles with at least 20 phone calls that I made and still nothing. Now the just stopped taking my calls.
My connection is not working since 2 days. I keep calling your customer care and raising complaints on your app. Haven't heard anything from you people. I am frustrated. At least we expect ok ok bandwidth on weekend.. Your not expecting downloading speed (that is more irritating subject) but at least we can surf on mobile. Overall i regret my decision to choose you as a service provider. Not at all recommendable.. Wanna give you - 5 rating
You broadband probably has best internet plans across India, great speed, low costs. When it works it works great. I guess they justify their low costs by providing the worst customer service I have ever experienced, without exaggeration. My internet is down for 6 days. I have probably spent more than rs 300 worth of balance calling their customer service and being on hold. I never got a call back from them informing me of the status of my problem. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.
That don't even know customer experience. You broadband will never take care about existing customers. They will only take care of new customers. They didn't even respond to existing customers but they do respond to new connection very very very quickly. The best worst service YOU BROADBAND. Coming to the APP's UI that was really pathetic. OMG I don't know how you broadband is running the business.
What rating should be given..its more than 10days after full payment. Called more than 5times. But still there is no installation. It took almost a week to generate the confirmation number. Now the technician ask to call some other guy to confirm the status of cabel installation & then call back for modem/router installation. What kind of service u guys are providing. If such a slow response to installation, then it will take ages to solve any issues which will arise after installation. Please guys improve!
Every time you click on support now app will display a message no engineer around. Your complaint is already registered. You won't get any complaint number either. For your kind information i am using latest app from app store.

Saturday i call youbrod for my net problem..his not good..he. Say he comes and chek but..no any 1 come i call again say monday come monday i w8. I calll again 11: 00 am morning say today come and resolve but no 1 come i call again 4:00 pm say me man is come. But no come i try call..6:30. You broadband is the worst service provider in Internet. On 1st may I have taken new connection and on the next day there modem has come.On 2nd may I raised a complain regarding my internet connection issue , but still on it has not been solved. I recommend no one should take you broadband connection in Pune.
The Worst application I have ever come across. Have to give 1 star just because have to write the review. Also the worst customer care. Never ever solve problem and give satisfactory replies. In all the worst application and the worst service providers.
Just got new connection on 31-08-16. Stopped working on 02-09-16 and its 05-09-16. Still not working, called the service center and they keep giving 4 hr windows. SMS ed to request a technical support at around 3 pm, its 10 pm and still no show.
Pathetic support. Once you log in a service request for a problem, the engineer himself closes without even contacting the customer. Such vile services should rot in a slump forever. Over a month without any support. Call center ppl cannot do anything, they will just log your request and it will die without any sort of action. Don't subscribe to this god awful connection. Take some alternatives. Happening again, each day it is the same crap excuse- "informed to concerned team","supervisor is busy attending other call","concerned team will get back to you within 4-8hrs". False promises, false hope, dirt poor service.

We have raised request from past 1 month and still no resolution has been provided after repeatedly calling and mailing them. If anybody is thinking to opt for their services,I will seriously advise them to think thoroughly; as you can see we are waiting from past one month for shifting of our connection in the same locality in a you broadband friendly building. If there was an option of 0 stars, I would have given that.
