Terrible app. Wanted the SFO deal, so installed and opened and after asking for my country and cell phone, asked me for my pass code. Never received a pass code and when I asked it to resend (no idea where, since the app never asked for my e-mail and there was no Text sent with pass code), it crashed and asked me to send report. Good luck with that! Uninstalled and tried again-same problem, so have uninstalled permanently and will go back to Uber/Lyft. HTC One M9/Android Marshmallow

As another said, enter phone then requests passcode which never sends so app is stuck.

Asks for phone number, then passcode. Passcode never gets sent, I tried many times. When clicking "resend", additionally, app crashes. Galaxy S6 Edge.
