Lieferando.de: Order Food

Postcode search is weird. Please just let me search for my favourite food places 3km away BY NAME without having to go look up their postcode. The app only searches at my postcode and then says no such place until I find the right postcode. Change your search options.

It used to be quite good. After some updates it is practically impossible to know what you are actually ordering or add some extras or any kind of customizing. I switched to lieferheld. Sorry, guys, I was a fan, but your app sucks now.

Why to use it when you start the whole thing with a fake (welcome) voucher !!!!???

A very good App. I would however had liked if the app included a GPS for the orders or at least an estimated time of arrival.

Gutschein is a trick. Works not with credit cards or money. I will use lieferheld out of principle.

Great app!

The idea is good, and even sometimes works. But when something gets wrong, support is terrible. For instance once my order was ignored and I got no answer from support, still waiting (two months already). P.S. Well OK, I've finally got an answer. We'll see, maybe the next time it works better.

The app could be a little more helpful by translating the menus into English. Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm ordering sometimes and just hope for the best!

Öffnungszeiten der Anbieter waren nicht up to date. Mann musste extra auf die Webseite des Anbieters gehen um aktuelle Lieferzeiten zu erfahren. Es ist auch nicht möglich die Telefonnummer des Anbieters direkt von der App anzurufen oder sonstwie zu kopieren. Die App erlaubt auch nur PLZ einzugeben. Der Ort muss dann aus einer vorgegebenen Liste gewaehlt werden welche nicht vollständig ist. Dadurch kann es zu Falschlieferungen kommen. Zum Glück sind die Anbieter da deutlich flexibler.

Order was charged via paypal but nothing was delivered.

Gibt Öffnungszeiten an die im Internet anders sind, und zeigt dazu Bestellbestätigungen die nie erfüllt werden.

Only good quality restaurants should be on this app and the prices should be more reasonable

wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Pizzeria Amatriciana.wir haben seht oft bei ihnen bestellt und wir sind sehr zufrieden.Die Pizza war sehr lecker und das Chicken Curry war hammer mit Reis und Naan..Top Qualität...außerdem die Lieferung war sehr gut..immer wieder gerne und weiter Empfehlen

Voucher doesn't work

App is completely useless if you can't review restaurants in a review based rating system. One can only ask oneself where the shown ratings are from. Especially if most delivery services I tested where abysmal and all had 4+ star ratings. NOT RECOMMENDED!

After waiting 2.5 hours for a delivery that never came through, we were promised a compensation. Never came through and the following emails went un-answered. Switching to Lieferheld.(I was waiting for over a week for a response or the promised compensation)

Leider endet der Versuch aktuell mit PayPal zu bezahlen in einem weißen Fenster nach der Eingabe des Passwortes.

Voucher gehen nicht, alles englisch, Bezahlung spinnt, chaotische menuefuehrung, Rotation geht nicht, App steht kopf.

Funktioniert ok, aber wo stelle ich die Sprache der App um? Mein Android ist englisch, aber diese App hätte ich gern in deutsch.

Bin sehr zufrieden, nur leider bis heute kein Login mit Google Account möglich und keine direkte Feedback Möglichkeit über die App - daher nur 4 Sterne

Die letzten zwei Mal nichts geliefert bekommen trotz bestätiger Bestellung. Restaurant gab den Tipp doch bei Liverando anzurufen damit sie Fahrer vorbei senden, dass andere entschuldigte sich einen Tag später und sagten sie hätten zu gehabt, Liverando hätte Bescheid gewusst.
