YONO - Fertility Companion

Yono is the next big app. It's fashionable and easy to use. It everything you look for in NFP. The app for Android has had hickups but customer service through Facebook is fast and reliable. I am glad they have brought this product to market or I would have given up on NFP with two kids.

App consistently crashes after a data read. I tested a data read after collecting 20minutes of data; it crashed but managed to save all data. I tried again the next morning with a full night of data; it crashed losing all data. The other problem is that the ear bud is wiped after the failed data read. If at least the ear bud was given the wipe command only after a successful processing of the data read, then at least after a crash, I could try another data read on a second device.

Crashes when I try to login. Have tried in three different kinds of phones and it crashes on all of them. Feel pretty ripped off to have spent so much on the kickstart for something I can't use.

We have been trying for a baby for over 15 years. I used yono for two months and we are now 5 weeks pregnant! It's predictions are spot on! highly recommended for anyone who has a problem remembering to temp in the morning. Yono made it so much easier.

Had just to click on analysis nightly to make the app crash. I uninstalled and installed again. It crashed after entering login and password.

Same experience as many with the app crashing when syncing data, which results in data loss as data seems to be deleted from Yono device regardless of whether sync is successful or not.

I can't get it to read data after wearing it in the morning. The app crashes in the middle of transmission.

It is getting a lot better. It syncs my info now. I do have to close it 2 or 3 times, but it does still record my info. Tons better!

I backed the project through kickstarter and was waiting patiently first for the device and then for working software. Initially I was told that there is an issue with Samsung devices - I tried to use a Note 2, Tab S2, Note 4 and Tab A all with the same issue of the app crashing after trying to log in. I got a new Motorola Z Force phone and it still didn't work... so much for the issues just being related to Samsung devices. I was emailing support - no response. I was waiting for software updates but the first updates didn't fix the issue and now no updates for 6 months even though many reviewers apparently have the same problem. Apparently they had enough time and resources to redesign their website in this time frame but no resolution of the problem with the most popular phones on the market. At this point I am not sure the company is still doing business... I have a neat piece of hardware at home that is not usable for anything but a paperweight. Too bad - it was a great idea.

It worked for me for all of 2 nights and hasn't worked since. So frustrated that I wasted $110 on this.

Good device to monitor my temperature

I would like it much better if I could figure out how to convince it to not tell me to wear the bud during the day. I'd also like to be able to adjust the time, I thing the settings are wrong. Update: I can't sync my data if I miss the blue light even by a second.

Keeps failing to actually sync the data, and it's frustrating that you only get one chance to try to pair it after wearing it all night.

Cant even log in.

The app never stops loading. I cancel the loading to actually use it. It can't connect to my yono ear bud for some reason. It says it can't find it, then when it does find it, it says it is reading and then nothing. Very frustrated with wearing this ear bud every night with nothing to show for it.

Please take down the android app until you have a working version. Wasted my time ordering and trying for several days to connect the device to the app, just to then get an email from customer support telling me to get an iPhone. How about you don't release a non working app? Thanks to Amazons return policy, I got a full refund.

Such a disappointment that they release this app but it does not pair and makes the product non workable. Having pros I have limited options to track ovulation and this company got my hopes up and literally left me crying all weekend. Shame on them for messing with already desperate women.
