beautiful clothes and don't take long

Ordered items weeks ago and they still haven't come. It says on the site that if you spend over a certain amount you get free shipping but they divided my order and have charged me for the shipping of some items. Have been trying to get through to customer service repeatedly but they haven't done what I've asked....refund.

I have waited 3 months for the clothes to be shipped from china and they have never arrived. The company now are refusing to refund me my money and have the audacity to offer me a coupon as compensation. Absolutely ridiculous. Rubbish human resources department. DO NOT USE.

I ordered about 5 tops from this site on june 4th. Got an email over a WEEK later stating that half of the stuff I had already paid for wasnt in stock offering me a refund. So my order didnt even ship till over week after I ordered it. I still havent gotten my order over two weeks later and am frustrated because by the time I receive my items theyll be out of season -_-

Doñt think sizes are quite right has ordered a 8-10 and was way to small. Uk sizes are slightly bigger. But your size chart is very wrong.

Ordered 80 quid worth of clothes on the 4th Oct. Then on the 10th Oct still not dispatched. Says back order. I love the clothes bit do not feel there a legitimate company. Not waiting any longer so finally had a response and they say my refund has been issued but will take 7 to 14 days. Gutted.

Absolutely love the clothes! Always going to go one size bigger as I found the length of the sleeves a bit short but beyond that I got exactly what I expected. Very happy customer
