I just downloaded this for the first time and all it does is crash ("stop working"). I have to close all running apps and restart it a couple times in order for it to work for a couple minutes before crashing again. Annoying! I'd like to be able to use my rewards.

Running on one plus x. Worked a while back. Recently tried to open. Keeps crashing after 1 second

It keeps crashing. I restart my phone. It crashes. I uninstall and reinstall. It crashes. Please fix this.

I have been using this app for several months and it's crashing all the time. Bunch of armatures creating this app. Fix this or loose a customer.

Terrible UI. BEWARE: App charges your card multiple times even though all your attempts end up with an error. Works only when using Wi-Fi, force closes itself when using Mobile Data.

Annoying. All I want to do is register, but I can't because there is an underscore in my email address and there is no underscore on the keyboard in this app. Am I missing something or is this app really that poorly designed?

Just updated-POS does not work. Location inoperable as are Flavors...Stores don't show flavors and you can't get descriptions of flavors either. I don't want to call stores to get flavors. This seems to be a a common complaint. Do the developers even read the reviews? ? Please fix this and then it would be a decent app.

Wth is going on with this app? For months and months the flavor locator doesn't load!!!! This is getting VERY irritating!

After the recent update the locator is gone, doesn't load flavors either. Useless. Please fix it!

The app works great, except for recharging the card via cc. It keeps telling me there's "an error while recharging". Check balance, and it is 0. Close and reopen app, and there are 2-$15 charges. Not good. Lose one star BC it's a money issue

I can't load any money onto my card because it always says an error occurred. It also tells me to contact support but I don't know how to do that because there is nothing on the app that tells me that information.

They closed the store in our town with no notice. Funny how they stayed open long enough to sell gift cards at Christmas. No answer to email or phone calls. Guess we're just out the money? !

When I tried reloading my card on this app, it kept on telling me each time that there was an error and to try again later. I was only trying to add $10 from my credit card because I'm on a budget. But the card kept showing no credit was added. About a day later after I had tried multiple times to successfully load the card with $10 to no avail, to my horror the next day I opened the app to see that it had ended up adding $65 to my account despite its misleading "error" messages. Policy says no refunds...

No nutritional info on 8 randomly chosen flavors. No flavors for 2 closest stores. Why bother?? Contradictory info on my rewards account.

The card works fine and I love the reward program, but it sucks that it doesn't have store-specific flavor information. I don't want to call the store to know what they have today, just put it on the app!

It crash on my phone. Fix it already so, I can use it.

I love the idea for the app but it takes forever to load anything. Even just to get the app open. Everything else runs super fast on my phone, its just this app that is so slow. Love yogurtland, though, so I'm keeping it, but would like it to run smoother and faster.

App doesn't allow me to enter information or register my card. Too bad but i still love the yogurt.

Terrible UI, seems like it hadn't been updated in years. Doesn't even look like a modern app. Poor resolution and disproportionate.

Can't register my platinum card. I spend alot of money there and can't register anything cause it says my card number is an error and when I try to straight register it says I already exist!? UGH!!!! Worthless and stupid app. What a waste of my time!!!!

I always love to eat frozen yogurt .everyday I'm like mom I feel like going to yougurt land .best place ever!!!!!you should go to yogurtland . my favorite is strawberry with Strawberry's,blueberries and mango + I eat the mango by its self .still awesome place.rate⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
