Should be able to check in from phone. Doesn't work. Goes into annoying airplane going round and round in circles ? Checked in using web browser. Still can't see my boarding card in the app. Does the app need ATC approval to pull up my check-in details ?

So I check in in the app (I understand that I am directed into the browser where the actual check in happens, don't ask me why. Just give me this in the app). Why is the boarding pass then not in the app? Now I have a stupid SMS where I need data connection whenever I want to open the boarding pass! When I go to the boarding pass section of the app, it tells me that I have to register my phone number. I have done that in my profile but cannot find where to do that in the app. What am I not seeing? It used to work in older versions on other phones I had...

First boarding pass will not load. But worst the flight time is wrong half of the times. And so on. Use it only if you like missing your flight.

Always find it difficult to dowload boarding passes compared to other similar apps. Now on a return flight from Athens and going to Geneva through Zurich, had trouble finding my arrival time, only written in the first window, but not in the second where I only found bold details of my flight from Athens to Zurich. Needs more work to make it more user friendly

It failed three times. For a swiss application I'm surprised at its less than useful functionality. Almost as bad as South African Airlines.

Ux experience terrible. Can't do nothing. Check in online instead on the app and doesn't download boarding pass. Really bad from a great company

Slow. I have added laguage after buying the ticket using the Swiss website, the app shows no laguage, website does. I typed incorrectly email at initialization and there is no way to fix it.

Worse app I ever tried, nothing works, can't even get the boarding passes on it. Don't download it, it's a waste of time

Crappy app with bad functionality. The website is very well designed simple and easy to use, but the app is really not great. Couldn't add details and repeatedly got error messages.

I downloaded it because of my worries about the winter weather conditions, and expected that I would receive updates. No such luck!

I took 40 mins to check in and also had to re enter my passport details and mobile number, then when boarding passes texted to me, only one of the two links worked,

This app is not able to rotate to landscape mode - this makes the App useless to use when using a tablet with a keyboard attached (i.e. Pixel C + bluetooth keyboard)

Poor to use. Lacks basic functionality. Give me other airlines such as KLM anytime​. Come on Swiss you gotta do better than this

Impossible to get boarding pass installed. Takes a long time to update latest info (waiting almost 1,5hr now and still nothing!) Uninstalling.

Impossible to use debit cards but credit cards work OK. What a surprise.

Terribly unreliable. Can't connect despite valid connection and cannot be relied on to send boarding passes to email or phone. Very disappointing and annoying. Poor quality testing.

This app interrupted my boarding process to rate the app. Inexcusable, one star. Stop this non-sense!

check-in is never working. boarding passes are never visible. very bad usability.

Edit: does everything I need, works much faster than before - improvement can be seen! Buy it would be nice if it won't show "rate the app" prompt over the boarding pass screen!

Clumsy navigation and very slow. It is borderline unusable. Probably the weakest airline app I have seen.

Not possible to check in. Boardingpass section is not updating. Sometimes have to add a booking many times and still it's not visible next time I open the App. Once the App logged out by itself and asked to log in again. I tried to login with miles&more account, booking number, swiss account and none of them worked. At the end I uninstalled the App and used the Website.

Really slow, doesnt load the information in order to checkin or download the boarding passes when already checked in

Cannot see the terminal on a booking. Found it eventually through arrival/departures but too tedious.

Solidity and Scarcity of Features, didnt miss mybflight yet. Updating with recent changes, not solved.

Pretty crappy app. Check in flow is terribly cumbersome and always gives some kind of error.

Great and easy to check in. Gives you all the options in one place and perfectly adapted for mobile. Unlike other "mobile" apps for airlines where sone functionalities are only available on the website.

Does not work! No check-ins possible, always loading... Pretty bad!

Would give five but find the boarding pass doesn't load every time, you have to resend to email, close app and open again to get it

Not sure about other negative reviews. I managed to check in fine, choose my seat and view my boarding pass. Everything works as they should.
