I placed a order and paid online but I never received the order.. Then I called the customer service and inform them about the problem they told me that they won't be able to deliver it at my location... And they have forwarding the issue to their headoffice and the will refund my money.... But that neve happened.. I mailed them as well but no response....

Very good app for kirana shopping , brings all the local stores in one app. I could shop from all the local stores easily through this app and also it lists all my nearby stores so kind of serves as kirana directory also:)
