Horrible, wish i could still use Flash seats!

This app is garbage. Audio constantly cuts out and the scores sometimes lag minutes behind.

Too bad it would never open. Tried to start the app immediately after downloading and it said it can't connect but I know I have an internet connection because I just downloaded the app.

This app is horrible. Get your game on Utah. This new app with ticket master is terrible to use. I've downloaded it a dozen times. I wouldn't even use it if there was a different option.

Terrible app, doesn't stay logged into my account so I have to go through multiple screens and type my password in every time I want to see when the next game is. Right now I can't log in at all

Terribly slow. Poorly organized. Constantly have to log back in to view tix. I cant see using this app for anything beyond getting the game tix - that alone is too painful of an experience. Qrcode <> barcode. Qrcode for tix is way too small and difficult to scan at arena scanners. I would agree with others that this version is a step backwards.

This app is the worst. Trying to pull up tickets on this thing is a nightmare. Won't connect to ticket master like it's supposed to. Can't pull up a scannable ticket like it's supposed to. Can't transfer or sell tickets. Just the worst garbage out there.

Your new app sucks. Go back to the old one. You literally went backwards in time with the features.

They used to have a perfect app then they changed it to this one. it's horrible at keeping the score up to date, you used to could watch all the Utah Jazz videos now they have none. total downgrade from the previous app.

The listen li've feature is still useless. Haven't been able to listen to half a year's games using this app.

Needs work. Can't stand that I have to relogin every time. Only about half of the promised features actually work.

Dislike the new set up on this app, please go back to the old version. It had better features.

The app won't save my ticketing login. I have to login everytime I want to see or transfer tickets. Also the transfer process is quite cumbersome.

The live score doesn't update on the new app. Kind of defeats the purpose of having it in the first place.

first thing I see when I open the new app is the score is backwards. The old app was way better.

Advertises listen live and does not. Lying to fans/app users is not a great plan.

For some reason I'm not able to purchase or see tickets for home games. They only have road game tickets. I change my location and other events except jazz tickets show up. Wasn't a fan of this app, horrible in my opinion.

The transferring and receiving of tickets does not even work in the app. It's all done via email or text not even within the app. Plus you have to sign in every time you open the app. Flash seats was way better. Took a step backwards on this Jazz.

The app does not let me transfer tickets. I am unable to see my account information. It is not letting me purchase tickets. There is not a good marketplace working like Flash had. Basically, the app is useless and a huge frustration for this season ticket holder right now.

I am trying to sell some tickets for Friday's game an made it through entire process then time to submit and all it says is "something went wrong" "try again" so I try again an again an again an nothing? Whats up? Absolutely cannot have it mess with my MONEY!

This is worthless..... Don't bother attempting to use it.

The new update is amazing. So much better than previous version.

Tried to listen to play off game. App kept stating I must live within 75 miles of salt lake. Location is turned on but I kept getting the error message. It was easier to listen to the radio before all this technology

Updated today after updating earlier this week. Does not correctly process location data and even though I am 30 miles away from the arena (NBA allows streaming from 75 miles away) it will not allow me to listen to the audio feed. NBA regulations do not allow the radio station to stream the games. So I am unable to listen to my Jazz. I don't want to sit in my car and listen to the radio but because I don't have a radio in the house that is what I am doing. Prior to the latest update I could stream it and listen in my house.

This app is lacking in two areas. One is can't figure out my location so I can't listen to the game since the playoffs started. Second where it has audio in the app it really needs Chromecast support.

Keep getting an error that my location can't be determined so I haven't been able to listen to any playoff games.

As everyone else. Didn't pick up my location, even though it's on, and has been tried in multiple devices.. fix it so we can listen to the jazz

Can't listen to the games. I live 40 miles away from SLC, and it keeps giving me the whole "broadcast is limited to within 75 miles of Salt Lake" problem.

Can't listen due to app programmer fail with location bug from the last update.

App is completely worthless now. Can't listen because the app is unable to determine location, same as all the other recent reviews.

Garbage. It doesn't find my location even with high accuracy turned on. I live less than 20 miles from the arena.

APP just plain sucks, went to watch the game on the app and it takes me to Washington and Celtics game. WTH!

Worked great until the last update. Can't find my location & I live within the 75 miles of the arena. I work swings & I listen to the games, but not anymore. FIX IT!

Updated today and now I can't listen. I'm 35 miles from Salt Lake but it blocks me out now. UPDATE. two weeks and still not fixed. Any day now would be great...

These developers need to get up off their apps and fix this location bug. It's the playoffs. We are the auspices of Utah Jazz fan memory!

App updated today. Now it won't find my location and won't play audio. I'm 33 miles from Vivent Smart Home Arena. But WiFi and cellular won't find my location which is turned on.

There seems to be a problem with the location services. Really frustrating
