Remote App for IOIO Rover

First upload of the Capstone Project Application namely Android Surveillance Remote Application for IOIO Rover.
This application aims to control a functional rover that has a 4 mechanical wheels, pan tilt servos and an ultrasonic sensor with camera footage of the rover's point of view and a photo capture.
