YESBOOKS is a product of Yesteam Solution Private Limited. It is an android based bookkeeping product using Mobile phone as the front end for Self Help Groups (SHG) and desktop as backend for NGO’s/Federations.The application helps the SHG’s to maintain their financial records electronically in their regional language, controlled & managed by the NGO’s/Federations at the backend. NABARD and Yesteam have formed an institutional partnership to implement the system in a self sustainable revenue model.

• Preparing and maintaining the SHG accounting books electronically with low hassle.
• By implementing YESBOOKS, a group member can enter details of their transactions in their mobile/Tablet
(Internet Connectivity enabled) which will be immediately updated on the server.
• Members can view their group transaction anytime of the day and get their reports printed with the help of
NGOs’ if they need a hard copy.
• Attendance of the group meetings can be logged in regularly.
• Members receive monthly SMS containing their savings and loan balance.
YESBOOKS is a product of Yesteam Solution Private Limited developed to help the Self Help Groups(SHG) to maintain their financial records and day books electronically. Right now all the data are managed manually in physical book format by the SHG president which has to be produced for audit once in 3 months to SHG Federation/NGO’s. By implementing Yesbooks all the data will be immediately updated on the server. The reports can be viewed by the NGO’s whenever necessary and audit can take place without the consent of the SHG and banks can keep track of the funds circulated among the group members. The Yesbooks come with a profile feature which keeps track of the personal details of the group members along with the photographs. Instant SMS feature is available which is sent to to all the group members when group president makes any logs on the application. Thus every member would be aware of every transaction taking place in the group and can manually verify the transaction by getting a copy of the report from the NGO’s once in a month.
