Dear Sir , I have ordered a womens watch "order no-30796354" on april 15,2016 at 3.03pm. At that time womens watches i have ordered have an offer of buy one and get one free but sadly today 21 april ,2016 i have received my ordered item and it contains only one watch. I didnt get " buy one and get one offer " & the watch i recieved is a damaged one am totally disappointed with yepme site.???? Yours faithfully , PRAVEEN AS
Worst experience. (Read more peoples experience below) Asked size 8 got size 6 that to different model shoe. Received broken watch. When called back no one pics call. No one even responded to online complaint. Pls avoid nopeme.
This app show the cheaper price when ready to buy they will add too much shipping charges. This app shoes can by in any local store less then this price. Yup me team try to remove too much shipping charges otherwise waste app for shopping
NEVER INSTALL THIS APP. Very worst app I have ever seen, the particulars of function are not clear. The information about refund is left out. The customer service is very poor. If you call them they will make you harass.

I have cancelled my order 32422351 on 28/10/2016 but not received the refund even after contacting 16 times to yepme customer care. Every time I contact them they says ""We've already escalated your details to our team and will get this sorted."" But actually they did nothing and I did not receive my refund yet though I have cancelled my order 33 days ago !
Warning: dont buy anything from yepme I ordered a watch recd a defective one and then returned it and now it has been 4-5 months i havent recd any refund. They dont even bother to reply your mail. So choose wisely
It doesn't allow to use loyalty points.. There isn't any option given to choose to utilize the loyalty points. So now about which snapshot you are asking for??
Worst customer support : i ordered two items on oct 2016, but money diducted twice from my account. First they said to wait for some day. Every time i contacted them they said " wait for 72 hours we will solve the problem and return the amount". After 10-15 times i called them now they refused to refund in amount and said to get our coupon what a support. But now 9 months completed no refund no coupon nothing. I tried to contact customer service through facebook, mail, call more than 50 times but every time one ans " plea wait for 72 hours we will solve the issue" again i am waiting for next 72 hours. I have all recordings mails etc regarding their representation. I don't know who help me. This time last 72 hours.

I ordered for a pair of shoe..no doubt,I received it on the second day itself, even the product was fine.But shoe didn't fit as expected. Infact I ordered a bigger size than what I usually wear as I wanted a comfortable wear. But this size is too tight.....I tried calling customer care for replacement, it had actually put me on hold for * 28 mins and 50 secs * to talk to representative. And also,there is no information in the app of how to refund a product

Dont use it. Ir order anything from it. Totally cheating. Am ordered psir of watches one was brocken.. Then returned and done their procedure all and no use gone more as mount than the prodect for telephoning...so don't waist you mony. If you enough please give
Well, Yempe doesn't make arrangement for return pickup, so in case of returning product, you have to make arrangement via speedpost or other courier services including your transit risk. So do not make buy from this site, because if you don't like the product, you may feel a big irritation by arranging a return procedure. Instead buying here, go to physical stores near about your area and purchase from there, at least they may have hassle free exchange.
I ordered an item on 16th March and was supposed to get "assured delivery" by 21st March. I kept tracking where the item was and found out that it has been sitting at a nearest hub since the 19th and no one is bothered to deliver it. I tried calling their customer care, which was useless too. They would put me on hold for more than 10-15mins each time (after which I disconnected the call) and you can never reach the customer care executive to address ur problems. Its been a month now and still not delivered
Products are good but the delivery is pathetic. It takes days & when i asked for the customer care they are saying to pick from the nearest hub!! Then why do we pay for delivery charges? When we go n pick the item.

I have purchased some t-shirts which I have to return due to oversize and asked for refund.they took 2months to initiate refund and they refund in Payu which i'm not sure have one.out 999 they need to pay me they paid just 749 which I need to check though.I'm seeing over the measures to be taken and i'll complaint about the poor service provided by them.just don't go with it.I repeat don't ever

My order no. Is 30811051. I had ordered on 16 april and paid online for two shirts which I didnt get yet. I called yepme customer care who gave me some useless excuses. After that I called gati courier service which they hav mentioned in my email id, from there I got a shocking replay, that my courier has been delivered to me on 22 april, what a bullshit replay i got i don't understand to whom they hav delivered my courier. Not getting any satisfactory replay from yepme or gati courier service.
I ordered a formal shoe but they delivered me a shapeless casual shoe which I haven't ordered. The worst ever. I called a costumer care for replacement but they haven't even answered my call.
I booked a shoe online I've even paid the amount even after 1 week the order status is still pending to dispatch please improve your service. There is no proper costumer id to contact you also

I wanted to buy one jeans and top it was in my cart but suddenly they changed price with in 5 min and just double price. Why like this... Worst site and it was my first experience with yepme. Seriously in 5-5 min how can you increase price.
One product which was not good when i told them for returning.They told me to courier them.And they even dont have the returning courier. And when I courier them after 1 week they are telling that product has not reached. When i have go to courier office they told product reach. After 3 to 4 time I called and at last they told product reach. You think How much tension i have to take. The hole proceed take 1.5 month.
I like this very much. I ordered two things 1 watch and shoe. I got it very fastly and packed it very well. I like to buy more from here. I need to know how to use points I got already. Thank u

I like this app...when I order anything from yepme I got theproduct on due time...nd the qualities of products that u are dealing is good specially footwear section....before few months I ordered two chronograph watch...when I received the order I found a defective watch....over all its good
When i placed order size 38 they gives mi other size and i return this product through the speed post product was reach there but afterall my money not getting

Never buy from yepme I ordered in August 2016 but cancelled my order before dispatch I paid by debit card and till today no refunds call can't be connect to customer care and when I send email they say your request is under process since last 9 months never buy from this app you will get stuck for cheap quality products and poor customer service
