Cheap product quality, even high priced products. Also not delivering the products on time. You can't get any replacement or refund. They will refund you in points that is of no use. Don't dare to try. They have replied this comment to contact them with order id n all. He shoud understand I'm reviewing after doing my best to get my product/refund. But the favt is they are cheater and they can give you nothing but excuses.

Worse service and tracking order. I order my jeans on 29 may and estimated to deliver within 7 days , today is 10 of July yet my product not receive. On calling to customer care my number not received by them till 40 minute. Flipkart and Amazon is far better than this app. Guys delete this app

Never download this app and others uninstall this bloody Yepme app. I have placed two orders payed online but they did not delivery the product neither they returned my money, when I raised a complaint they removed the orders from my account list. Bloody bugger's return my money or else I will reach out to social media n court. Shameless how can u eat customer money.

I ordared things of rs.886 and paid online (not cash on delivery). First of all they didn't dispatch my ordered things for about 12 days so I decided to cancel the order. But now when I have canceled my order they are literally making me bag for my money. It's about 2months of the cancelation and still I did not got my money. I have already shared this details on same address. But no reply since last24hours

Can anyone suggest where to go to lodge a complaint of fraud online shopping? 70 days over, so many time got convinced that refund would be done, but ni result. Totally cheater!! Totally Fraud!! Please don't go for it guys. Yepme is not refunding my money since last two months. Duplicate UV protected sunglasses. Don't buy anything unless you are familiar with the product.

The worst online shopping app in India.. They promise to deliver on 2nd Feb and when we contact about the status of product on. 2 ND Feb.. There reply is we do not have the product now, we are trying to arrange... They are very very very bad After this review.. I got an. Email. From customer care of Yepme and told me to contact on number... They are very bad and can't resolve my query they can't make the product available in time speculated to deliver... Cheater company...calls not going.. Government should take legal action for this co, all previous comments are suggesting. Even they have taken my Payment but no delivery after 10days , phone call waiting 25mins and still no one pick call. Worst experience. Reply is copy paste for every one.

Worst app I have used. I returned one product for exchange.they said product is out of stock then I asked them to refund the amount.i am doing follow up for 3 months...still they have not refunded.please don't play like this customers. I suggest not to buy anything in this yepme app...iam really fed up...very worst app..

5 star is just to draw your attention, the app has alot of problems.. the main problem us it freezes in one screen, if i check out a jeans nd press home in the app it goes to the home screen for 1 second and jumps right back to the previous page where i was checking out the jeans.... this issue creats alot of problems while i am surfing through the app, even if i close the app and restart the app it still stays on that same bloody page... it just freezes.. if u dont solve this problem then buhbye Yepme..

One of the bad app, i have ever seen. Give me 100 point as a new year gift and at a same time 150 point deducted from wallet. So by default i loss my 50 point and not receive 100 new year gift. I called customer care but after 7 minutes, there was no response. So worst, fraud, bad application.

Worst, do not use this. They do not have a proper contact us option and also no return services. The product I bought is a waste of money for me now. Do not use this service, Myntra is a lot better. I will ensure that I spread this info among all my friends.

People please do not order anything from this app. Yepme is FRAUD. Yepme refund services are the worst of all. They will send emails of apologies but will never look into the matter because they just want to make money anyhow. I wish i had never ordered anything from this FRAUD app.

Pathetic service, poor customer service and return policy. Will see that my friends won't use or buy any of the product s from this site. Had been waiting for more than 5 months for the refund till now no update. Forget about the refund, didn't even received a call back.

Its a good app but when we order something it shows the order is placed.. But when we track the order its doesn't even dispatched the expected delivery dates are within 7 days.. Ands it has been 5 days completed after ordering n order is still not dispatched... Dissapointed its 3rd happening this y do i always have to complaint about this... Em getting iritated by this app now... No more liking it .. Worst

Worst customer Service, Refund/Replacement processes and worst support. It is surprising ,how the stars like Shahrukh and Tamanna are endorsing such bad brand. .. worst shopping experience, you have to wait long upto 1 hour for call response and mail response in approx 1 week. Also after telling your issues ,they are not worried and will make you suffer for months... It was horrible experience shopping with yepme.

Hello everyone, Plz don't purchase anything from yepme, because yepme never will give you refund in case of cancel order. It's a second time for me, if you don't believe plz purchase anything and pay online and cancel the order, you will suffering from same problem, it's my personal opinion, plz check if you want. See, first of all I ordered a pair of track suits and a pair of shoes. It came but as soon as I opened my box I got very angry bcoz They delivered 2 pair of track suits instead for my shoes . U see that they don't have a fix or exact helpline no. So plz send me ur hlpline no. Yep me . It's just nonsense.

Plz Don't Buy any thing from yepme coz packaging DonE by yepme is worst... Plz don’t do prepayment coz if u'll cancel or if it's autocancelled by yepme nothing I'll get in refund... If u wanna complain on app I'll get no reply... Customer care contact is only for showing no any agent picks ur call for any query... If u getting sms "ur product will delivered in 7-8 days" add 15-20 days extra... Worst experience got from yepme...

I have ordered for chronograph watch. I have got my order in damaged condition. I think it is used. I can not reset its minute and second hand. So i thought to call them but no one is receiving call and i can not submit complaint on app. I wrote my complain completely but i can not submit it. I felt cheated...they advice us to add complaint on customer care. But we can't... that's the issue

Worst shopping app I bought a gud lookng wtch frm yepme but within just 1 day it stpped wrking proprly. I dnt knw hw ths typ of cmpanies stll doing business. If u wnt to replce prodct u hv to snd it to delhi. Their is no drct optn for refund or cancl the ordr bfore it gets dlvrd. And whn a product is delivered they jst dnt take the respnsibility of the prodct anymore. Pls smeone tell me hw to cmplaint against this cmpany.

My amount rs.1200 no refunded after cancel order. Customer care takes much time to connect, I lost rs.80 for call charges, even though customer care not responding. I was send mail also. They are very negligence in refund of amount, it is about 3 months. Still they are harrassing me.howmany times I was send details.still you are asking like children.

I ordered 2 tracksuits. Quality is v.third class and have delivered pant different and shirt different. If we ask for replace or refund they are giving money in points. Which we get them after ordering the product, and we have to send by putting our amount for courier even if its their mistake, v.v.v.v.worst online shopping site

For replacement & refund yepme make us run like cats & dogs. Refund of October month still not received. Pickup for replacement is pending since 8 days.everyday I have to remind them pick up. Worst services as ever received.will never shopaholic again from the site

Don't oder anything from this site. Because they doesn't gave you the product and canceled your oder. After that they don't return your money. You will be tired calling them. But nothing happens. After all they finally ate your money. So be aware friends don't buy anything from yepme. Its a fully fake company of India. Which is shame to our country. Government should take action for this cheat company. Its around one yr + but No refund initiated. Paisa khau company. I have informed so many times. Sir,my order -32234552 for 3 item has been despatched on 13th sept 2016 still it is in transit.it is 75 days over.Can I get my products?pls take necessary action otherwise cancel the order and refund.

This is the worst app and shopping site ever. I did a purchase of around 800 for few t-shirts, they said the size is not available so there is a delay in delivery... However as per the app the size was available... It has been around 3 months of chase that I did for the refund... Got no refund yet, finally deleted the app and thought that I gave that money in charity... Since they are not refunding it after so many chasers.... Hate this idiot brand....

I didnt purchaswd anything yet on yepme but as words of my friends.. Their customer service is worst. Refunds and replacements will get a severe headache if u purchased with yepme.. Sometimes a month for refunds as happend with my friend...also i found products on yepme is overpriced too much in terms of quality.. Not goodd.. Better to go for myntra.. Yepme is not a big online marketplace and hence they are not taking care too much about their customers.. Not recommended...i will not gonna buy.

Frod company today is 70 days completed but my money was not refund by this company. And also customer care was not pick up my call. Very bad experience.. he always tell me.....I will refund your money in next 72 hours....but now already many days completed...but no one responds me Fake company.... please do not order on this Portal ... This guy's are staying for time pass with customers​...and Frod with customers.. And the all customer call exutive are cheat with customers.

I have 151/- worth point balance.. Why should I'm not able to redeem all point on next purchase.. Its shows only 25 % can be redeemed.. Due to this worst policy never going to refer or purchase from this Yepme....

I have purchased today two t-shirts and paid amount with my debit card. Payment page shown that"payment successful" you will be redirected to yepme. After awhile it shown URL not found message. And I did not get successful payment approval from yepme but money debited.

I have orderd a item of Rs.545/ on 10-09-2016. Order no. is #32186236. After few time I have cancelled the order. But the amount was'nt refunded till now. I have called to customer care 4-5 times. Everytime they said that we are processing the refund and next 48-72 hrs you will get the refund amount. But it will not happen till now. Most worst customer service.

Plz leave ur occupation and if ur enable to full fill the customer service do something other things join Amazon or Flipkart and see how they working. Guy's don't waste ur time on such a faultu aap it's a wasting our time and enable to deliver a product on time

Return policy not serve well. Customer care call centre is not well. I am mailing for issue coupon code. But they always says after 5 days we issue coupon code. But it is more than 2 month over of mailing yepme . no action. Now they have send me a coupon but it is showing invalid. I think there is serious fault in company software and also in hardware. I am just fed up with their customer care. It is not toll free. Now phone bill of calling Yepme become more than coupon.

These app is totally rubish... I have ordered one product nd immediately i have canceled it, but it was not canceled by them, and now today they are sending me message of that product. I request all of you to not install these app and don't order any product on these app......

Worst app ever. Hasn't refunded my money even after 3 months. I have provided them my details so many times. I believe most people out here have similar complaint. I say we should complain in the consumer forum about this fraud. Edit Added on 18/6/17 : Already been doing that for two months. You guys never reply. Why can't you say it directly if you don't plan on returning my money, thieves.

They never refund your money they are idiots they cancelled your prepaid order and never refund your money. It's more than 2 months still they didn't refund my money every time they say we forward ur request to the concerned team but never refund please never shop with them they also do same with mine incident you can read in every where in Internet same type of incident so never shop with them. I purchased a watch on yepme , i have received the watch but it's dial from one side has so many scratches and colour is totally removed from there. Either the watch is used or damaged and refurbished one. Please give me new watch with original condition or give me refund. I called Customer care but no one received my call and my balance got waste then i saw returning process and found it totally useless as our private courier senders and govt. state post office also asking 300 and more to send the prod.

Extremely bad service, specially regarding replacement and refund. Yepme doesn't even bother to follow if returned product is initiated for replacement, forget about refunds. And complaints to yepme are all just utter useless, only meant to cheat customers. No use writing to their given mails or links, they are all fake and nothing more than computer generated responses. I already have written twice to their mails and complaint box but all in vain and no working contact numbers given. Yepme is just meant to cheat customers. Its the worst site to prefer.

Yepme is became a no.1 cheating app in india, I placed a order with prepaid (ORDER ID- 33816287) , it's became almost 10 days completed, now without any information they cancelled my order. My money is gone.. I don't know what to do now.

The app doesn't actually support all the payment options that are available over the website. For eg. Wallet options do not include JioWallet/Freecharge etc. Its a request to keep the app identical to the website because you guys have a good website and multi-payment support. Keep the good work!
