Madhusudan Group is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer from fancy yarn to a variety of finished fabrics. Madhusudan Group is well established conglomerate in textile industry and has business presence in yarn air texturizing and yarn dyeing, weaving, fabric processing and value addition.

The group has seen rapid rise to prominence from humble beginnings when it set-up its trading shop in Pipariya, MP. It then expanded to Burhanpur and finally established its base in Surat. The first trading shop was set up in Radhey Market, Surat in 1982. This was followed by the establishment of the first dyeing mill in 1990. Exponential growth followed in the next 22 years and today, the group has expanded to include state-of-art dyeing mills, yarn manufacturing, dyeing and weaving units.

In the yarn sector, Madhusudan Rayons Pvt. Ltd. (yarn division) specializes in fancy type air textured polyester yarn. It has highly advanced Aiki and SSM air texturing machines with production capacity of 750 tonnes per month of fancy type yarns, catering to a wide variety of high quality fabrics. There is also a yarn dyeing plant with dyeing capacity of 500 tonnes per month.
