It seems to be very hit and miss. When it works its ok but when it doesn't its rubbish. Also sometimes when i book it says its failed then a cab rocks up!

Too many connection issues. Keeps asking you to enter full address but then wont connect. Previous comments show this has been happening since 2015 and still hasnt been fixed.

Booked a cab for 5 am to catch a plane. .. Cab arrived after my flight had left the ground. Do not use for important things. Just don't use.

why must drivers abuse this system? ASAP does not mean drive -away- from the customer for 25 minutes and then cancel the job because "they can't find you"

Could only book 4 cabs successfully as it continually bugs out and forces me to ring instead... Will be going independent from now on

U cant log back in again after sign out. Better login needed seperate from sign up A simple username and password will suffice

I've used it to book cabs at all times of the day and night, both in advance and asap and can't fault the app or the service.

Needs updated gps and smarter drivers

The app is helpful when it comes to booking a cab however a unable to connect error keeps occuring and is very annoying

I had a galaxy s3 and it worked. Moved up to s5... now... as soon as i hit "book now" it just returns to the first screen. Doesn't even book the cab. Have tried several times over the past few months to no avail. Please fix.

Bring back the Ecabcall booking template. U have the ability to give more information to the driver because you have more space to write. I totally agree. The current app is crapp.

Used it many times and been good. It is unreliable during busy times, eg Saturday night. I have booked 3 cabs and none turned up! I think it's because people hail them down before they get to pick me up.

Waited 2 hrs and still no cab. Yes it was booked. Try another company.

I have used this several times without problem, although I have noticed that interstate postcodes are listed for several suburbs.

Can't book. Try to enter time and it drops out every time.

Doesn't let you select destination suburb when you choose a past location. Also ignores booking time and sets to nearest half hour

Useful, but doesn't allow directions to be given to the driver, so the phone line is still more useful.

Good way to book and check the status of it.

Bring back the Ecabcall booking template. U have the ability to give more information to the driver because you have more space to write.

App worked, cab booked nice and easy but status stayed at 'awaiting dispatch' even after the cab had turned up and dropped me off. Needs ti send confirmation of booking and show acurate status.

I have tried the other taxi apps and found them clunky and annoying to use. This system is much smoother, intuative and doesn't drain my battery.

The gps function does not work

I set a booking for the next morning and it instead booked it as a right away job. Dispatch called me to ask where i was and i told them it is for tomorrow andi ordered on the app. She said 'i dont trust these things. I dont think they work. You should always call'. I think that statement annoyed me more that the booking error.

Poor usabilty, backed by slow service. We booked in a taxi half an hour ahead. Not confirmed for some time. Booked with another company, 5 min response. Both taxis arrived in the end, but yellows app made us doubt the taxi would come. Terrible experience.

Throws a database Execute permission exception when putting details in. Pity, would be a really useful app...

Tried using fare estimator, keeps saying address not found...well how do I receive my mails then if my address is not found. Just disgusting.
