Values needs to be accurate to be of use. Don't like the three property at a time limit or the 5 per day max. Nothing to explain that first so I filled it with useless properties while experimenting the first time I opened it, then couldn't do any more for a day!

Information is way off, or way out of date. Then you need to sign up and give them your mobile number to view more info on the property. There are easier and quicker ways to get more up to date information than this app, waste of time.

No good to anyone really unless u want to know details of the house and the gv.

My house is a steal at $400,000 less than market valuation!

Rpelied their email. Tried to authentic my phone number sevaral times. I get txt msgs code too but each time get error "something is wrong"!

Can't even get past the logon authentication process before "has stopped working" comes up. What a piece of rubbish.

Love being able to see a market value for other houses and the maintenance schedule is really handy for setting up alerts for little jobs around the house

WOW so easy to see valuations & other key info for any property. Where has this been all my life!!

Definitely a useful app for maintaining the house or even setting a reminder to clean the Bbq.

App is amazing! the second I saw they used 4 Privet Drive as an example of house search, boom, installed it. Best. App. Ever

Simple, clean and useful

Big leap forward by Yellow. Great work, good clean UI, UX has been carefully considered - some real nice touches. Thing I love is there is something for most people here ... helps me keep on top of tasks around the house (and finds me help to do stuff) but I can be nosey and look at neighbouring house values!
