S5 Sensors and Battery Status for Android
Keep it up its great!
Fake App - this is a totally fraudulent and fake app. Samsung removed the external temp and humidity sensors (that WERE in the S4) taking them out of the S5. There are no such sensors in this device. The readings are just random faked numbers to look like its actually doing something. Why anyone would go to all that trouble to make a free fake app is boggling. This is dangerously misleading as the readings are complete fakes - its like having a pretend gas gauge on your car.
Not acurate at all
the s5 doesn't even support temp and humidity readings as it doesn't have he sensors due to it being water resistant. the temp number must be the cpu temp as the humidity number. it must be just made up.
This is a good app. Downloaded some similar apps and found another one that gives the same readings as this one. The others said that the Galaxy S5 was not equipped with a temp/humidity sensor. Not true. This works just fine.
Takes a bit after it opens to adjust to temp etc . WISH I could switch to Inhg in pressure. .. But the temp dropped when in colder ,and tracked the rise when warmer . I'd give another star for hhg switch, and another when I track accuracy of readings. Lastly I'd like to see the mic calibrated for wind speed, and values listed in the notification bar so I might pull it down while in a ballistics app like Strelok for atmospheric data inputs. That's my ultimate localized weather app . Rock on. And thanks.
Followed instructions to the letter. Kept the phone on standby for over an hour with the screen off. When I activated the app, it stated the ambient temperature was 64 degrees when the room I was in was actually 80.
Of course temperature is affected by battery generated heat but fairly accurate. Barometer and humidity matches readings of other gauges I have. Pity that Samsung apparently claims non existent humidity meter.
I have a S6 and compared to a S5 it shows the same values..even warmed :))
S5 doesn't hv ambient temperature or humility sensors!
Thanks for the great app.
Does not work
Application very helpfull

The temp is for the chipset or processor as it ALWAYS SAYS 85 or above. With the water proofing they had to rid the ambient temp and humidity sensors on the s5, Which was very disappointing, I loved those features on my s4... But this works as advertised. Just ugly as sin.
Does not take actual room temp reading, it looks like it creates a random number. I have the g5
Du bra
Bakvaas
Each time open this app, it's like it generates a random number for temperature. I'm pretty sure my room isn't changing by 15 degrees every few minutes, at least.
Accurate! I just checked this app with other apps I have because I use theses all the time. Very accurate! Well done!
A No-Ads version would rate another star and the ability to change scales, like the temperature, but manually and for the other sensors, would gain a star also. Do both and you get 5!
Seems to be pretty accurate but needs a widget and notification icon for ambient temp
Good apps
Seems to work well
Fraud
Totally inaccurate.
Love the idea of having this information at my fingertips on my phone, but the data is horribly inaccurate on my Galaxy S5.
S5 doesn't even has temperature/humidity sensor, might be useable on S4....

The Galaxy S5 has no humidity sensor. It just makes up the value
Does just what I needed for my new s5.
Not at all dependable. Says temperature is 84 when it's 75, says humidity is 36% when it's 55%.... (My own measurements were from 2 thermometers in the room with humidity gauge)
I highly doubt about the temperature readings calculated by this app since S5 lacks a physical temperature and humidity sensor. Chances are there it might be having a temperature sensor to measure battery temperature but not ambient temperature.
This app falsely reports temperature and humidity readings for the S5. It does not have those sensors. AndroSensor or Android Sensor Box are both much more useful, as is AndroidSystemInfo, though it reports on fewer sensors than the others.
Doesn't have options to pick how to measure barometric pressure
