I rated 4 stars on 9/25/16 but hadn't had the band that long. I have a Galaxy 6 phone. Maybe I got what I paid for. 11/11/16 update: the band has trouble syncing when I am right by the phone and the sleep function doesn't work everyday or accurately. It didn't record sleep 3 days in a row. Today it recorded only part of my sleep, bur recorded nothing for about 3 hours. I'm thinking about investing in a better band and will review customer reviews 1st. I would rate 2 stars if I had paid more. 2/6/18 update. The band is no longer detected by the phone app long enough to sync, so my sleep doesn't record. The only thing I can track from the band is my steps for the day. It is beyond time to invest in a much better band and pay more for better quality. It is 2/11/18 and the device no longer syncs. I bought a different device and it arrived today and ranked almost 5 stars. Signing off of here for good! Good luck with this one!! 2/17/18 so the new device misses a lot of steps and doesn't do a bit of what it said it would so I'm sending it back. So fortunately for day day band I found help on microsoft how to resync the band with my phone as the info is not found under day day band help...fix that!

I am really sorry for this rate, but I had to. This is probably one of the buggies application I've ever used. Any time I close the app, even if I press the home button, all the previous informations are gone. The synchronization between band and app is terrible. Almost any time it's wrong. After I accidentally disconnect the band even the app is still opened the synchronization gets messy. The gps tracking is awful. I was walking in straight line for 2 KM forward and backward, and after I stopped the recording it showed that I was walking for 10KM. And almost all of the time a couple of meters out of the track. For resample I was using the google fit app and it was fairly accurate. I like the band I am using, but my guess is that If you doesn't fix those bugs in this app I would have to move to onuther application.

The steps, heart rate and BP values are not reported properly. Full of crashes and bugs. The watch (hardware) itself is fine, but the app is so pathetic that picking a chimpanzee randomly from the local zoo and moderately training it could code a better app! If you think it's exaggeration, check the negative reviews. I learnt the hard way and lost a bit of hard earned money. Spare yourself the trouble and avoid buying a watch with such a third rate app.

Everything seems to work well except the step recording in the app. When I get up and walk around it rewrites the previous days step total to the whatever is in the app at the moment. Band seems to miss a lot of steps as well.

I like this band because I really like the notification aspect of it. This band is better than the other one I tried, because I can add apps to the system to be notified. Its fantastic. That being said, I use the band while sleeping, and I can't turn off the wrist sense. The app itself keeps crashing on me. Its incredibly frustrating to me as the light wakes me up. I would like this to be fixed please! As for the band itself, I've actually lost it completely for a couple of weeks. Thankfully, because I had anti-lost on, I knew the rough area I had lost it, and found it again later.

Doesn't sync steps properly. I'll have thousands of steps when I view the device, then when I review previous days in the app it only has a couple hundred although the graphing shows it should be much higher. Sleep tracking is way off too. It shows sleep time for an hour or more after I've been awake and moving around. The band clasp comes open frequently; surprised it's not already lost...

It doesn't sync steps properly and the app struggles to connect and update. My mother in law has the same watch and has a different app. Her app allows her to rotate the screen of the watch. I'd like something like this.

I love this app and my band! BUT, I have noticed it's been kinda acting/ messing up lately. One day I opened the app to check my steps and sleeping and it recorded me sleeping the night before and how many hours, I wasn't even wearing it that night. My band was on my floor charging. It showed that I got so many hours of sleep but the band wasn't even on my wrist. I have also noticed it was off how many hours of sleep I got a couple nights. When I know I didn't get that much sleep. I actually got less than what it was saying. It wasn't until recently this all started!! Other then these few small things, Its been working GREAT! I haven't had one problem with it and I love it!!!!

No doubt, app is good, But it get disconnected very fast. I'm using MI Y1 now, before that I was using mi 3s prime. I'm facing the same problem now. I connect my band with the app, within 2-4 minutes it get disconnected. Can anyone suggest me what to do?

Idk what people are crying about, works fine for me. The raise hand function crashes the app but oh well. I DO wish I could turn OFF the raise hand display on the bracelet and only turn on with tapping it.

My hubby bought this watch off Wish. He didn't know that I changed my mind and was just gonna buy a Fitbit with our taxes, but it's here. I use it as best I can. It continually disconnects, so while I'm trying to actively count steps on the treadmill, it'll just stop reading my steps. It's kinda getting annoying. I wish it had better instructions. I couldn't figure out why the app was always singing to me. Apparently, straying to far from your phone triggers an alarm - at least that's what I'll assuming it is, because I really don't know. It does it when I have my phone on me as I'm wearing the watch, so... Idk. It's only tracked my sleep twice in the week I've had it. So yeah.

I like how easy the app is to navigate through. Very simple and easy to understand. Love how the band looks and fits as well. However I don't like how crappy the battery life is on the band. I have to charge the band every day, sometimes twice a day. To help this I tried to change the settings on the app to have the band not light up as often and not as long. But every time I try to change these settings the app crashes. It's very frustrating. Please fix the app problems please!!!

S70%
by S####:

It's decent. It doesn't monitor heart rate like it says and the watch is so difficult to charge. The amount of steps it counts is off considerably. Won't count steps after midnight and doesn't sync correctly. Also doesn't record sleep every night. Only once in a while. I'll be getting a real fit bit very shortly.

Works really good but every time I try to go into the part of the app that controls the auto light with wrist movement, the app shuts down. My battery drains really fast because it's always turning on. I would love for this to be fixed.

It is horrible, constantly crashes, doesnt track properly and the band is no where near secure. Let alone I have to charge the watch constantly. The quality feature always stats failure, wont track sleep. I am very disappointed that I even wasted the money on this.

It worked two days, after that, stop tracking anything.. not even one step. History was also lost.. it's fully charged, still not work. I have a second band, same thing for both.

This app was reccommended with the activity tracker I bought. It seems to work accurately on the day but when you look back at previous days it changes. I did 10k to 12k steps every day for 4 days but when I look at those days now they show between 2k to 4k. Very annoyed.

S70%

It's ok, just a little constructive critisism. The design seems a little outdated. It crashes with the newer update, when you try to adjust the brightness. It could improve quite a bit.

Just got the band and it connects to Bootooth but the app itself is in a frozen state and can not use it at all so the band is the incorrect time date etc. Totally useless and waste of money.

Got this band for $10 online and I was kinda skeptical at first with the Engrish instructions. I installed this app instead of Smart Bee (as per thier suggestion in the instructions on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) and it's working great. Does what I want it to. The only problem I have found is when I try to select the "Raise hand for bright screen" option to turn it on/off, it causes the app to crash. Otherwise bluetooth connects instantly and reaches far from my phone, even at work where it's a dead zone in some places, app updates instantly and consistently. Perhaps they updated the app to fix the previous problems, cause it's working fine for me so far. Update: Can you PLEASE change the setting that when you turn off bluetooth, or go out of range, that your phone warning doesn't go off at MAXIMUM VOLUME!. I had my phone on mute at work, happened to wander out of range, which sent my phone screaming an full volume alert in a quiet conference room. Please stop it from hijacking my volume setting.

Crashes when selecting "raise hand screen illuminate" option in menu. Other bugs including inaccurate sleep times.

E70%

This is a classic case of "you get what you paid for." I've been pretty frustrated with the band so far as it doesn't sync well or consistently with the app and the settings are often unresponsive and difficult to change (I've been trying to turn off the light for moving my wrist since day 1 with no luck). That being said, the step counter works pretty consistently and I've been able to track my sleep quality. The heart rate monitor works sometimes. It would be nice if the app could link up with Samsung Fit and My Fitness Pal.

Would give 5 stars but last week my screen started turning on everytime I move my arm, can't turn that option off, app crashes everytime I select the option, please fix, my battery doesn't last a day now!!

Liked the watch but the app is terrible. I did a 6 mile walk on watch (which was pretty accurate) but when I viewed the walk on my phone app it looked as if a child had drawn all over it and it stated I had walked 226.25 kilometres (even though I had the app set to show miles anyway). This morning I had managed to walk 28 steps whilst asleep in bed. The vibration is strong on alarm (medication) alerts which is really the only good thing about it (did not try phone alerts) The app constantly disconnects from Bluetooth even though the hand holding the phone is the one wearing the watch. I found the time constantly popping up on every arm movement annoying but every time I try and change any settings in the app the whole thing closes down and disconnects. Pretty useless all in all.

S70%
by S####:

The push notification for texts and calls as well as other apps doesn't work. Keeps disconnecting and the raise hand to brighten screen function keeps crashing the app. Overall, very disappointed

S70%
by S####:

Horrible at counting sleep hours (I sleep 12-5, it's what the in-app graph shows and calculates that that is 7 hours of good sleep. I also get a heart beat while not wearing it out charging the band.

S70%
by S####:

The app only tracks steps and sleep, since my watch does not track heart rate. I wish there was a way to manually turn on 'sleep tracking' because my sleep data is very wrong, and to turn off 'lift wrist to turn on watch screen.'

App v2.2.2 Band Y11 Bug Options "Raise hand bright screen" not work, app close. If set system language not english all alarms on band show as "unknown" При приёме сообщений и вызова пишет что не может определить вызывающего - "unknown", добавил все что есть права, но только один раз получил имя звонящего. Приложение при автозапуске не находит браслет, необходимо обязательно посмотреть заставку, после этого начинает работать. Очень много потребляет батареи, постоянно будит блютуз.

Don't bother with this app, the device disconnects all the time, absolute rubbish, and as for the veryfit band, a load of rubbish too! what a waste of my money!

The band disconnects every 5 minutes I don't know how to fix it it doesn't record my sleep nor my heart rate. Super upset and I regret spending 11 $ for this worthless watch.

I really like my watch but the issue is when I wanna off the setting where when I lift up my wrist the watch lights up my phone will start lagging and at first I thought it was my phone issue but when I changed to a new phone, the problem continues . Number 1 it causes my battery to drain really fast and number 2 it's really annoying to use it when I sleep with it.

S70%
by S####:

Works ok but crashes every time I try to change the option to light up the display when looking at the watch so it's on most of the time when I'm moving around which wears the battery down.

Sometimes the app contains my heart rate page (3 dots at top of page, steps, sleep and heart rate) sometimes it only has two dots (steps and sleep pattern) don't know how this just disappears and then reappears, apart from that it seems to work well.

S70%

App freezes when trying to turn off the hand movement part. The watch doesn't keep it's charge for even 12 hours due to keep being activated when you move.

Pretty good app and the steps seem to be quite similar to the step counter on my phone when i have both with me... The problem is when i dont have my phone and later want to sync the band steps to google fit, it adds the band steps on top of the google fit steps and doesn't balance the two. So i end up with double the steps that i actually took on google fit. Please fix this and will I improve rating. Otherwise really liking the app.

Complete waste of time.. Walked to gym used gym for hour and the steps hadn't changed from when I left the house. Also will not sync to app so half the functions don't work.. I don't care much for the other functions, but seeing as the main reason I bought it (pedometer function) isn't accurate it's literally useless... Don't waste your money!

S70%
by S####:

Going to uninstall. Bought the watch mostly for the notification feature. It nevet really worked. Sometimes it would sync and work but for the most part, never maintained a connection. The instructions are complete gibberish. I understand they're translated into english, and it may not be perfect, i get that. But no effort was made to make the manual or interface remotely comprehensible. The only thing this watch has going for it, is it's nice looking and made fairly well. But if all i wanted was a regular watch, i wouldn't have bothered with this.
