All the app did not load, cannot get Heart rate. Very confusing!

Sleep monitoring stopped after few days. Only works occasionally now. Uninstalled and reinstalled, but did not fix it. Even restarted my phone!!

I love the new update so now I don't have to convert everything to USA terms!

I have to constantly keep the app open in this background otherwise wen I try to open it again it doesn't work and crashes and the screen goes white. I brought the watch hoping to keep an eye on my sleep patterns. But to do that I have to keep uninstalling and installing the app on my Galaxy tab. Its ok to monitor HR and steps on the watch screen it's self. If they sort this "clitch" then it would be a good app.

I was really excited when I first looked at the app. But I am finding it impossible to keep the app live. I have to remove and reinstall the app every time. It is dropping out and not staying connected therefore I'm not getting call and text notifications and my info is not getting stored to compare. Needless to say I'm very disappointed.

Doesn't count steps accurately. Chews battery. App is really dissapointing and way to basic. Nothing like a fitbit. Waste of money

Worked fine for a few hours but now when I try to go into the app it just closes a couple of seconds after I press on the icon. Not helpful when thus is the app that goes with my fit band.

Kills battery, doesn't count steps well, only captures heart rate when you press the button not constantly. Just useless. Also Full Of broken English.

You need to fix this app. I love my watch. But app keeps going to white screen or just will not work. You have to Uninstaller, the reinstall. Please work the bugs out.

App is terrible! If you restart your phone the app just crashes when you try to open it. I would have to reinstall this every time I restart my phone!

Can't switch from km / kg to mi and lbs in android app. Iphone app does have that option. Update your app to work properly on Android. The number of complaints here should be reason enough to get it done quickly.

I just got mine, so I don't have an opinion just yet. But, How do you change the settings from metric? Company said there's a way to do it from the app, but I can't figure it out and they didn't say either.

App doesn't work for long. Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling. Can not change the metrics or the time to a 12 hour format. Very disappointed! Very frustrating!

I can't change any of it to American time and it using so much of my phone battery life...very very disappointed

App is trash and so is the product. Why did I give away my money to this fake crap???? Ugh

Half of the app is in Japanese and there is no way to change from metric.

I've never downloaded such rubbish in my life. This app is horrendous. It doesn't work AT ALL . Changed settings on my phone without permissions. Chewed up my phone battery within 2 hours of charging. Maps don't work. Doesn't count steps properly. I bought 2 and my partner now cannot delete the app from his phone . As for customer service they are worse than the app and the wristband put together . Why would I want a gift certificate as refund for their company after buying such bad accessories in the first place !!!!

Why doesn't the fitbit stay connected??? Can't this be fixed, please? When it IS connected, pretty good app. Very annoying that it is the only app that can be used with the fitbit I bought!

Bought 2 of these. For myself and as a gift. When mine died a week later customer service treated me as though I was stupid and refuses to refund my money. It kept crashing and won't redownload in order to use.

Couldn't change weight, height, miles from settings km cm etc

I synchronize with my phone time 12 hour format, but it still display 24 hour time format.
