Took of the band and tested heart rate still shows 66bpm and went up to 120 while kept to the side

I was happy at first. It worked great. Now the time is always off by 10 minutes or so and I can't get it to sync. If it don't sync it does me no good.

Phone updated.. now i get a white screen for few seconds the goes back to main screen on phone. Try to deactivate it and i cant.. will be returning it.. cant use it like i wanted to

This app is awful. It messed up my Sony Xperia Z3 phone totally, which has 6.0.1. - Android Marshmallow OS. It has changed many settings e.g.: my chosen ring tones, security settings...etc. The app was not able to synchronize and save the data with the connected smart band at all. My phone was making crazy - unknown - sounds, because of this app. The application was installed as a device admin app (without my permission), it was really hard to get rid of it. In the authorized Sony Service Center, where they have removed the app I have been told that it is a malware, and I should avoid it.

My Samsung ran weekly protection scan this a.m.- app tagged and removed as a threat - used app 4 OU Band Fitness Tracker purchased on Amazon- returning.

Graphing is wonky. The numbers don't add up. Can't set length of step. Sleep data weird, also doesn't add up.
