Pitiable. Having failed in my attempt to order pizza from irctc food, I logged on to this app. and ordered biriyani etc. to be delicered at Kannur.Train arrived at right time.No sign of any one.No phone call from the concerned people. We Indians are not yet ready for this type of service on trains.

Its waste of money and harmful for health.. Never order any meal from this app. While travelling to Mumbai from delhi I ordered a meal in Ajmer and believe I just thrown it out from the train because they used a lot of oil and chicken was looking like many days old. Ord1808 is my order number. Check it out and take some better decision.

I booked order today. Even after confirming the order, they have not delivered. They don't pick calls also. Worst service. At least they should have told that they can't deliver the order. I think the app is for name sake only.
