Yatra - Flights Hotels Bus IRCTC/Trains & Ola/Uber

Booking a ticket to and fro to Japan with Yatra was amazing experience, since I got a lot of ecash around 5000. But then I found that eCash is the stupidious thing ever. For my next flight/hotel booking, I could use only 12-20 from the wholesome of 5000 eCash. Wow ! After certain time I also found that the entire eCash of 5891 has expired. Wonderful ! Tell me one thing, what is the point of booking from Yatra and collecting eCash, when we can't even use the substantial part of it.

Refer and Earn program run by this App is a hoax. I refered and get nothing in return. When I contacted customer care that sent me the ridiculous reply i.e. "you have clicked the refferal link and installed from different IPs hence referal benefits will not be given". This clearly shows the intentions of these guys. They are fraud, stay away.

Absolutely terrible customer service. No clear contact number given for customer support on domestic flights. In cases of refund, they always direct you online which shows incorrect refund amount. You have to continuously follow up with them on phone to get the right refund. Frivolous charges on refunds (the discount you get from any coupon) is added to your cancellation charge. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.

Worst customer service - Be careful while booking a bus, as the app doesn't show up a specific dropping point and generalises the dropping point as the city name. I lost my money due to this glitch, and in return just earned an apology from the customer service team. Moreover, they tend to pass the buck on the bus operator.

Ecash usage is not user friendly. I don't understand on what basis the limit on the usage is applied for a transaction. Also in that case, the validity date of ecash should be increased..

Please dont use the refer and earn feature. I think it is a fake program and no one gets any ecash from it and when you try to connect with customer care they mail you the same reason again and again as many users have already shared. Please stop this game yatra as everybody knows what you guys do.

They don't even care about their customers. At the last moment my bus ticket was cancelled and all they did was apologize. They didn't even had the courtesy to book another ticket for the customer,becz prices were high at that time. This happened to my friends too. I would definitely not recommend this app to anyone.

The web site and app exp has improved a lot, hope they improve the customer service also. It used to be very bad!

it's a really tough decision choosing a app when there are so many good ones in the market? Holiday IQ,yatra are just two of them

I have booked a bus ticket first time. My bus got canceled. I got a call from bus saying that their service has canceled but I didn't get any communication from Yatra. It is completely irresponsible. I want my money back ASAP. Yatra don't even provide any customer care number for bus. This is not acceptable.

I sent a query for a holiday booking. Since then all I'm getting is repeated calls​ from Yatra's gurgaon number which plays a recorded message and then says goodbye....

The app crashes every time I check hotel details and come back to list of hotel... Tried uninstalling and installing multiple time but still the same... My device is one plus one... Please fix the bug... That apart, great app

Please please, improve your app, it's crashing too much! Before it was working just fine, due to this I Have to open the site in web browser!!

Nice deals and ease of booking, although e wallet amount redemption experience should be improved. I wasn't able to redeem 900 odd rupees to deduct out from my back to back bookings.

Worst Travel Company. Bunch of cheats... I have 1.5lac stuck and the company never confirmed my ticket nor has given a confirmation of the cancellation. Please refrain from this company if u care for your money.

Very bad costumer service , harassment of costumer by Yatra travel consultant , they did not give refunds after a month , this is only app , they need cancel check or passbook from costumer if you want refund for failed transection

Needs serious fixes asap.... Gives u errors frequently saying unable to reach servers at the moment try after sometime. Can't add travels for quick booking

Offers are like cheating customer. Comparing all modes online and app. U increase the rate and give coupon code as an offer

This app not good service to the consumer. After booking confirmation they aksed consumer hotel are fulled or not accept booking so cancelled it....which is very frustrating thing for the consumers

Bad for railways tickt booking , transaction got failed but didn't get refund even after 7 days.

the type of flights tickets doesnt matters all can be found at cheap prices once you start using yatra

As people mentioned in comments the ecash is just a fooling customers.i like the app ,the experience in booking tickets and the UI.But the T&C of the ecash doesn't provide any benefit to customers.I would be more than happy if you just remove the whole ecash fiasco and invest the time and effort in bringing out more features or taking the experience to another level.The ecash exp is more like raising the customer expectation to a high and pushing it deep down.

I referred one friend within 24 hour he installed the app but there is no e cash,fake company this was happened to my friend also
