Surat Yasin

Surah Yasin or Surah Ya Sin (Arabic: يس) is the 36th Surah in the Qur'an. This chapter consists of 83 verses, and belongs to the Makkiyah surahs. Named Ya Sin because this sura starts with two Arabic alphabet Ya Ya Sin. The words of alphabet Alif Lam Mim or Nun which lies at the beginning of several chapters of the Qur'an, so also the meaning of Ya Sin which is included in the category of verses mutasyaabihat.
