Scheduler: Productivity Timer

I really like this app. I like the colorful category tabs. It's simple yet effective. I like that i can keep track on how many hours I've spent on a task. The Pomodoro Timer is useful but it doesn't ring. It vibrates but if the phone is not on me I wouldn't know. I "donated" thinking maybe the pro version would ring but it doesn't. I'm a little heartbroken because I really wanted this app to work! The timer is also slightly off (slower) when I compared it to my kitchen timer. Please fix the ring tone and the timer? Pretty please with a cherry on top?

I like that it has a "done" button for finishing a project early. Really, really helps with motivation and the tracking of both minutes worked and tasks completed is helpful. I get more done now! Tip: if you set it to 0 min break it will start the cycle again immediately. Useful if you're planning for a certain amount of time for a project and it goes over but you don't mind. It's also fun to test yourself to see if you can complete a task early.

A great app for pacing your day or motivating yourself. I work from home, but suffer with ongoing pain and need to take regular breaks. I have set up tasks with various configurations of work and breaks times. The title of the task has the configuration in its title. This allows me to work at a pace which suits my current condition. It is very flexible and easy to use.

Best app for what I'm looking for but still not quite what I'm after. After using fabulous - and falling in love with a the mourning routine functionality. I've been after another app that offers the same or very similar features without the crazy monthly price tag of fabulous. The problem with using this app for a mourning routine is that it's really designed as a pomodoro timer type app. I can make a list of steps in my morning routine but I have to click through them individually. I also have to set the rest timers to 0 minutes. And there's no real tracking of how long I've kept up with a given routine.

For those who complains about not having sound notification, I've been there the first time I tried the app. Solution: disable the feature, close the app, run test timer (no sound abviously). Re-open the app, enable the sound feature, run test timer again and tada! Best pomodoro indeed but need some refinements. I will contact the dev directly for that and hope I could rate it 5/5 soon.

With the recent update, this app has easily become the BEST pomodoro timer and scheduler in the market (Thankfully, the developer fixed the category sorting problem I had complained in the previous review). I have tried most of pomodoro apps in Play Store, but none of them could come close to this app in terms of flexibility, organization, and statistics(even though the graph tends to be little ugly). For example, you can assign to each task its own time interval, and the time spent on a task can be seen right below, which are very important and useful features but no other apps provide. Also, surprisingly, all substantial features are included in the free version. Recently, the developer mentioned about synchronization, and I have no doubt that I will pay any amount of bill to get the access. So, please keep working on it!!

I've tried several pomodoro apps, and find this to be the best. The interface is beautiful, with vibrant colors. Setting up, moving and running tasks is simple. The last update made some significant and useful changes. I love this app, and use it the entire day.

Not functional, doesn't ring when time is up and very confusing

So glad I paid for the premium version just to find out that the notification sound still does not work.

There is a bug, cant change default values in settings for "sessions for long rest". Ill rate 5 stars after fix for sure.

The app works really well. I like being able to pause the pomo, when I get distracted at work. Statistics can certainly be improved. If the app could Sync across devices it will earn my 5 stars. Presently you can't even export manually.

Remove the save button while adding task or categories . Going back to save is now a standard pattern. Editing a task is difficult , it mostly launches the timer . When the timer is launched pressing back should bring it to the home screen and not exit.

I would really like an option to repeat every week or something similar. Some things don't need every day

I love it but it would be nice to see how much time I have left in battery saving mode since it eats up so much of my battery otherwise. About as much as my screen and WiFi. Too much for my liking.

Spent whole pomodoro figuring out all the features of this app ;)

Some feedback: 1. Daily repeat is great but would be better if you could customise to repeat tasks whenever. E.g. Do a task every 2nd day or work on a task every Wednesday. 2. Repeat Cycle option so you can do more than 1 cycle (4 sessions + rest) for a task per day. 3. Useful for users if you could set up a notification system that allows them to set morning/evening reminders for tasks to do/still to do for the day or set reminders for a specific time to do a task. Overall tho, very good & clean app. GJ.

I've only been using this app today and already I feel like it's helping me be more productive. I do wish that it integrated with other programs like a Asana or Google Tasks or you could download the data.

I love it. It is wonderful to have an app that help me to keep focus in a easy way... And it is very rewarding to see the statistics and the work done. Very recommended for procrastinators!

Notification icon to small (ugly)

I really like this app! It helps me focus and keeps me on track with my tasks. The only thing I would like is if the countdown screen was the same color as the category color for each category. It would make it much more colorful and pleasing to the eye. I know that's nitpicky so if you don't care about aesthetics then ignore my comment above. Otherwise this is a solid app and would definitely recommend to others. You can buy the full version to get even more features

Currently you cant seem to tell total # minutes worked for each category. The bar chart shows me that it's greater than a certain number by looking at the Y axis, but not the actual number.

The app is exactly what I was looking for. Could be improved further like - for each task user should be able to provide a time estimate. Then statistics could tell how much time/percent is balance/overrun for each task.

I have been using this app consistently for months and love it. Unfortunately, for reasons I don't understand it has begun behaving differently. Not keeping an accurate record of the time that I have put into different tasks and I can no longer rearrange the order of categories.

I've tried A LOT of pomodoro apps. I like this one because unlike most it allows you to mark a task as dome before the timer is up. I liked that I could change the colour scheme too. Suggested Improvements: allow custom tones for timer (I don't mind some of the ones included) , allow exporting statistics to Google Drive. Finally change the notification timer symbol to be bigger. =) Then it will be 5 stars from me!

This app is helping me get stuff DONE. I love it, only thing is that it's glitching a little when I try to go back and modify tasks. Does all it says it will though.

I love the idea of colors and categories but it is still confusing to find out how to open a task versus a category...Also, marking a task as completed is not intuitive or usual. Why not the expected check box and an auto cross check? I hit Done thinking that am done with the page but the task is marked as completed so I was surprised a few times...

It would be perfect if it included more notification sounds options (custom sounds) and if notifications would be more persistent. If that was on a paid version, I would sure get it. Good work.

I couldn't recommend it more. From the design to the work flow it just all feels right.

I use it to keep track of how much time I dedicate to different subject in my studies. It's cool to give them different colors and symbols too.

That is, until I finish my work, It shouldn't allow to use other apps, like blocking my phone for 25 or minutes I have set in timer. Would be great if u can add this.
