Was ok, but since the update it wont let me submit my payment and now my payment will be late. On top of this i spent over 30 minutes on the phone with their customer service, which is in the middle east somewhere, so they are hard to understand in the first place. They then told me that i couldnt pay my rent with my checking account through the phone, but i had to pay with my credit card and that i also had to pay the 30 dollar service fee associated with paying with my credit card, refused to waive the service fee even though it was their fault in the first place, AND THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME!!!! Worst service ever, terrible app, and if my apartments ever let me pay any other way i would never EVER use them EVER again

Very bad planning and short-sightedness when it comes to app development. Sounds like this app didn't go through Beta testing. Couldn't even sign up as a landlord. Uninstalled.

Not able to submit payment. Error message appears.

Thus app does not recognize the security code for American express cards.

I think it's BS that I have to pay a fee because I had to call in my rent payment this month. The update to the app should have been completed before the first of the month.

Love the convenience of being able to pay rent online without having to go in person. This saves time, trips, wait time, and hassles and it is a free service if you choose pay by check option. And you can set up autopay and schedule payments to avoid late fees. I love this handy and convenient tool!

App seems to work ok. But everyone I try to log in, I have to change my password. And even though you can set up a savings act as a pmt acct, rent pmt sends the info to the bank as checking and then says it's a problem with the bank. Been on the phone for almost 2 hours trying to get it resolved and finally just had to use a different account.

On May 25,2017 I paid my rent. On May 26,that payment cleared bank ,on the 27th a different payment hit the bank in pending. Taking another 625$ out of my account. It is now June 8,2017 ,and still in pending and holding my money . I have contacted them at rent payment and it shows my account as cleared ,but not the second one stuck in pending holding up my account. Of the three different people ( in India) only one tried to help with problem. I am very unhappy with the way this rent payment has went and next month I'm gonna just write a check. I still want my 625$ back and my account updated. Can't get any help

wont accept number input. kind of hard to enter info if it won't accept input in the input fields. every month the nightmare begins again trying to get it to accept my rent payment. i DESPISE this app. HATE IT!

Takes a long time to process a payment. When you trouble with the app customer service get back to you a month after just saying: we apologize for the late reply, we hope that everything is OK now. I been trying to make a payment for over a week and it won't let me!!!!

OUTRAGEOUS charges when you pay with credit/debit cards. You make a payment and these idiots wait 4 -7 days before they process the payment Freakin jack wagons, what a complete RIP OFF !!!

Worked for 2 months then stopped. Talked to. Customer Service and the had me change my password. Now the app says my Apt owes me money which isn't true nor do I owe money. A very frustrating app. I've returned to writting checks.

I really like being able to check the amount that is due before the first of the month.

Was forced to use the App when the mobile site wouldn't input my payment numbers aside from decimals. When using the App, I hit the "Pay Rent" button and I got no confirmation screen, no signs that it worked. Hardly puts the mind at ease. Best to just use a computer.

This app is great for paying my rent and on-time. I've never had a fee to pay since I use my checking account. Rent is already 1665 not spending a dime in fees. If you use checking instead of debit cards there is no fee. These bad reviews are from people who are paying with debit cards and it states there is a convenience fee beforehand. Don't let those reviews convince you not to use this app.

Never can pay my rent, always I need to go in my PC because this app never allow me to change the amount I need to pay, I cannot pay the day I need. Or do not allow me to pay in advanced my own rent.

Isn't designed 4 ppl on a voucher. The fee is nearly 30 bucks 2 pay by card!

Been using this app for about a year now. I have it linked to my bank account on auto pay and have never been charged a fee for the service. Just set it and forget it....it really is that simple.

The fees for this are ridiculous. Talk to your landlord about setting up Google wallet and paying that way. No fee, instance and has logs of everything. Only downside it isn't automated but you can do it through your phone just set an alarm for once a month takes 1 minute.

Worst App Ever!! The app doesn't let roommates split rent when the landlord does. We have to physically go into our landlords and write out checks. We can accomplish this separately because our landlord allows us pay separately when this company says the rule is to pay you entire rent. SO LANDLORDS, THIS APP IS A DIS-SERVICE TO YOUR ROOMMATE TYPE TENANTS WHO PAYS THEIR RENT SEPARATELY.

It was very easy to download and pay. And I have a crappy phone... I liked the fact that by paying with my bank account the fee was $2 instead of $12 when paying online with my debit card. I didn't like that I read there was no fee when paying with bank account before I downloaded the app.

This app simply doesn't work for me. It let's me sign in and get to the "Pay Rent" page but when I click "pay rent" nothing happens. Uninstalled and reinstalled to see if that fixed it, it didn't. Just going back to using the mobile webpage.

My service fee jumped up $15.00 out of nowhere! Like rent isn't expensive enough these guys are charging an arm and a leg just to take my payment! Unbelievable.

As we all know money does not grow on trees and these people want to charge you for every little thing they can so I opt out and will pursue an alternate method. Thank you for all the reviews and thank you for saving me money and headaches as they are very very helpful. Uninstalling this app

I refuse to pay a fee to pay my rent! And why is the fee so much? If it was lower I may consider it. This is not convenient if I have to pay extra money.

Just based on the reviews made me not wanna do this. Like 1 of the 1's i read. Ppl pay enough money for rent & than have to pay large fee's on top of it. No thanks i will keep doing it my way. Doesn't cost me anything xtra.

This company charges $28.00 on every month just to process an online payment. They are thieves and should be sued for everything they have for scamming the public. Dishonest business principles preying in old and ignorant people who don't know any better!! Beware paying any fees to pay your rent. That is not a future anyone wants to live in.
