I've had this a day now, using the Lx170 speaker and two things are apparent; 1) the controlling device system sounds are not able to be ignored by the speaker and 2) signal continuity can be affected by the type of device ( phone vs tablet) and hence proximity (my phone needed to be within 3 metres and a direct line of sight, my tablet didn't require such a close proximity nor dlos). But, as a bluetooth system, it didn't fail to connect to any device, and the equaliser does work.

Good on Galaxy S2 gingerbread, and on Nexus 6 lollipop. App works well and adds 3 extra features to my Yamaha: (1) Phone can play music via Yamaha (excellent sound!), (2) Phone acts as another remote control for Yamaha, and (3) Phone can set different alarms each day on Yahama. Great stuff!!

It used to work fine until the last update. There's no volume up button in the app, connection with the radio drops off sometimes, switching between player modes not working, unable to turn on the radio in the app, etc. Maybe it's just my mobile, but it's frustrating.

Cannot tune pair FM frequencies on Tsx-B72. It only works with odd decimal frequencies. e. g. Cannot tune 97.8 MHz
