About Heureux Happiness Game
Can you name a courageous, kind, healthy, joyous and fit person that you do not admire? Well, be that person! Heureux is a fun way to give yourself a little pat on the back for doing good things for yourself and others. Five important behaviors can improve your life, physically, mentally and spiritually. The goal is to make choices that add to your life on a daily basis. Have some faith, do the little things right and you can accomplish BIG things.

Health
Making healthy choices has a physical benefit as well as personal satisfaction for good discipline. The user may earn a token for passing up unhealthy food, or for example having a salad instead of a large meal.
Fit
Exercise has health and mental benefits. Exercise can reduce weight, improve sleep and improve cognitive function. This can vary based on the users normal activity level, it may be just a walk around the block or an hour of intense exercise.
Kind
Have you ever heard a happy person say that being rude to a stranger made them feel good? Have you ever felt the gratitude from a recipient of your kindness? Kindness can take many forms, helping someone that is having a bad day or listening to someone that needs to talk.
Courage
This is a broad category that includes taking on a challenge, like running a 5k, taking accountability for mistakes, standing up for someone or even quitting smoking or drinking. Do something outside your comfort zone, that is where you grow.
Joy
Smile, laugh, tell a joke, watch a funny video, play with children, read a book or watch a sunset. Do something that makes you feel joy. Share it with others, too!
