AT&T Mail

App was working fine since i installed it several months ago but for the past few days it says "Session expired, please sign in again.". So i enter my password, nothing happens, then i re-enter my password a 2nd time then i get the message: "Unable to sign in. Please try again." I can sign in just fine on my home PC, home Laptop, and work PC. I also can sign in to my AT&T email account using my purple Yahoo Mail app which works fine. I uninstalled AT&T yesterday then re-installed it today and it still does the exact same thing. I have Virgin Mobile using an LG X Power LS755 phone.

Why is it that when I turn on Sync, this App comes on saying it is syncing my Contacts and continues to RUNNING ALL THE TIME? If I turn off SYNC it will not stop running. So I have to shut the phone off and reboot to stop it. My GMAIL ACCOUNT will not work without the SYNC turned on. Which by the way is bull####. No problem using my YAHOO ACCOUNT. It doesn't require SYNC to be on.

Was my favorite mail app and have had no problems til now! Can't log in! Keeps saying it can't connect to the internet! Now I have had to uninstall and go thru my mobile browser which only shows 10 messages at a time and takes forever!! Please fix so I can have my dependable mail app back!

I've had app 4 many yrs & on different phones. Ive been with AT&T well over a decade. There is always a problem with this email app. Right now, any time I touch the back-up key, to go back a space, the app crashes. I've rebooted. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared cache. Cleared data. Still doing it. Can't take it much more. About to set my hair on fire. Got any ideas how to fix this problem DEVELOPMENT TEAM?

Was working well for a few months with no problems. Now I keep getting failed to sync messages and then I couldn't log in. Tried rebooting and adding it after taking the app off phone now it won't even load gives won't connect to internet. Guess will try again at a later date.

See previous comment from late month. But this app just got worse. Not only does it continue to crash when trying to compose and email, but it also now prevents me from deleting email. If not fixed soon, I delete it. The app just recently started crashing when composing messages with key board. This does not happen anywhere else so that rules out a keyboard issue. In order to get a message written I need to do it with voice. Of course if then I have to edit a voice mistake, it crashes.

I haven't been able to compose or respond to an email for over a month. It crashes every time I try to and I send feedback, which clearly doesn't work. I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again and the same thing happens. There needs to be an update to fix this.

Ever since I was "instructed" to update the app I have had nothing but problems. I can't delete emails. It deletes them but they reappear when you refresh. Also since the update it will not sync and I am not getting any notifications about emails. FIX THIS APP!

Been using this for a week and so far it works very well. I'm a basic user so sending and reading email is all I need. 5/30/17-having problems with app, unable to log in. Att needs to fix asap.

Recently started saying "Sorry we can't connect to the Internet right now" as soon as I open the app. I'm unable to sign in, just keep popping up the same thing. Disappointed cause I really liked this email app.

This ap keeps turning off when I try to write an email. It will not allow me to open all my emails. I have sent several error reports with no response back. The previous version was wonderful. This new version has had nothing but problems.

This app is horrible. The email search feature does not work. When you type a saved contact the app does not offer suggestions. Also, you can type the complete email address for a known email to search and result is no emails found.

I am having the same issue with not being able to access my account. I get the message that it was not able to access the internet. There is no problem with my internet. I uninstalled it and reinstalled, still doesn't work. Just started happening recently.

This app was nice before I started having issues with it. It won't automatically load my emails anymore and cuts out when I yet to send an email before it actually sends. Also when I delete emails I have to do it several times before they stop showing up in my account anymore.

Drains my battery, keeps telling me that it will sync at&t address book contacts when the phone is connected to a mobile network. I hit ok, then it randomly pops up over and over.

App stopped working for me. Wouldn't do anything but receive emails. I first noticed it would not delete emails, it would go through the motions of doing so, but the next receive cycle they were all back. Then I tried sending test emails to myself and those never came through. It's a decent app, when it works.

No longer working with my Android phone or tablet. No one seems to know why. Have been using it for years & am now dead in the water. Will have to go back to Yahoo.

This app changed after last update! It SUCKS NOW! KEEPS CRASHING WHEN YOU HIT X BUTTON TO DELETE A LETTER! CANNOT DELETE EMAIL! CANNOT WRITE AN EMAIL RESPONSE! AT&T...FIX IT OR SHUT IT DOWN!!!! CUSTOMER FOR 20 YEARS!! DON'T EMBARRASE YOUR COMPANY WITH THIS PIECE OF CRAP!!!!!!!

It's constantly crashing on my galaxy s5. When I to wrote an email it crashes after a few letter. Granted it saves the draft and I can continue once I get it back open but it crashes again soon after. It's a great app just frustrating.

can no longer select emails to delete have to open each one individually to delete. this has been going on for several days now. users shoud be advised of what is going on and when it will be fixed. or is that to much trouble?

Horrible.. crashes all the time. Won't let me go back on emails to make changes. Sucks....what to her app can we use to check our emails?

Email and password is correct. I can use it online however it won't log in . Says unable to connect. Now that Verizon owns Yahoo, att needs major work. App was OK up until this started. Now it's just a space taker

For weeks the app keeps saying it can't locate messages, now it has logged me out and it won't log me in! Even with correct password...works on Internet only. Please fix!

Just started crashing last month after many years of good service. It won't search and I can't backspace when composing an email. Used to work just fine. What happened??

Auful app every time you start writing it it has stopped running ok or report and reporting it is a big waste of time. Nobody seems to care or do anything about. I think everyone should switch to another company

It keeps stopping when I am composing an email, and it some times shuts down all together. I gave reinstalled a few times, but it persists.UPDATE 2-24-17- I have DELETED THIS APP because it won't let me write an email. THANKS

App crashes whenever I try to type a message or reply. An email app that cannot work when writing or responding to emails is worthless. I have submitted at least four crash reports in the last week.

Update 5/23 - Now won't accept my password to login. Works in browser. Looks different but same old junk. Deleting. - It's a pain. Can only delete email after opening each one. Then can't empty the trash or spam folders. Have to use the browser, which is buggy too.

Old emails that I have deleted keep coming back into my inbox. Lost alot of emails I had saved in the inbox. Every now and then this app duplicates my email. Terrible app. App crashes when I backspace. Stopped giving notifications when I get new emails. Such a piece of crap

This app only allows me to view certain emails. It crashes everytime I try to reply or forward emails. And sometimes the app as a whole won't work.

Constantly not getting messages. Can never respond to an email I do get because "it stopped working." Aggravated.

OMG hate this app!, pswd continuously hacked due to very limmited selection of symbols allowed....will not delete mail from any folders (have to login from pc) I'd discontinue use if this wasn't the designated email provider for AT&T internet users. (Yes, i do use another email service, but switching them all over and leaving this one for junk mail is long and tedious).

App stopped working after running with only minor problems. Should not be so difficult to troubleshoot and repair.

The App crashes when writing an email and you hit backspace. And Yahoo keeps telling me that soon this app will not work as it needs to be updated but am using the most recent version.

This app is ok for viewing mail, but it won't let you delete any of the mail. It just sucks that it crashes when you respond or forward an email message. Please fix this app soon. Also I wish that it could block email addresses and block scammer emails as well.

Gives stop working, unable to sign in, can't access email, can't back space error messages. And AT&T refuses to help with issues or help trouble shoot. AT&T Mail app is like AT&T yahoo mail it has gone down the drain.

Update...4/5.....Still no notifications or sound coming thru. Yahoo mail app the same. Everything else on my phone works fine, except for anything to do with att mail. So, it's not my phone settings. These two apps worked great for long time...What happened to them? 4/13/17...Is anybody that has the power to fix these apps listening?????

This app is terrible! I haven't been able to delete emails for over three months, it is always crashing and now I can't even send emails! Will this ever get fixed? If it doesn't real soon I'm deleting it. Hate it!

Since the update I cannot check my email. It will not let me log on, all it tells me is that it cannot connect. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.. This is awful!!!!!!! Fix it!!!!!!

The one and only thing that irrates me is that you have to select SEE THIS IMAGE Every time you open your mail. What happened to see images from this person automatically?
