Yahoo Answers Now

Hardly anyone answering and asking questions. The invite code thing is completely stupid, nobody will even bother with the app if everyone can't use it right away. Invite codes are getting people to the app, then they are just leaving because it's so dead and so on, and your app review is getting killed

Tried to use my yahoo account to log in but keep getting a message that says "An error has occurred. Pleas try again later (SSL Error:5)"

Just sits there, the wait indicator spinning

I downloaded this app over seven hours ago and the newest question available to answer is three hours older than that. There seems to only be a handful of people using this app and since yahoo apparently has no plans on syncing this with the website, that number is never going to grow. I'm gonna wait another day or so to see if I'm wrong then - delete. If they don't sync up with the website, this app doesn't last til spring. Quote me.

*Edit: It's fine. Separate from actual website which is not that much of a problem. Unfortunately there are lots of trolls and the small user base makes them more noticeable. Also, expect most questions to be from teens asking for relationship advice.

I use to go to yahoo answers years ago I am pretty happy they made a stand-alone app but like anything on the net there is good and bad but overall I like it there are some very interesting questions and some very dumb questions

I log into my existing Yahoo account and it says that I have 0 answers 0 points 0 everything. On my computer, I'm level 3, and I have a bunch of answers. Why do I have to start over on my phone?

I have been waiting for an app like this to come out, just wish the accuracy was a little better, other than that, awesome!

The app seems to work fine (no crashes, no problems answering, ect) however I cannot answer recent questions. Many of the questions I see are from the beginning of November. Some are even from October. I can't seem to get any recently asked questions and this bothers me. I don't want to answer 2 month old questions. Otherwise I have no other complaints. If this is fixed I'd give the app a 4 or 5 star. Until this is fixed I see no reason in keeping the app.

Why is this not synced up to the actual yahoo answers website? Hardly anyone uses this app and the questions/answers arent the same as the website. It's also telling me I haven't asked or answered any questions which I have on the actual website. Not sure why you couldn't just make an app for the website that's already there...

So basically I lose everything? I downloaded this expecting it to be synced with the website, except hopefully with the option to choose where to put your question BEFORE posting it. Instead it's separate from the site! Totally pointless!

Got my invite code, had no problems logging in. Very easy to use. I've answered some questions and I like that it updates me as to what the original poster said or if they 'liked' my answer. Very nice, I'd recommend it to family and friends.

I like it EDIT: I don't get notifications when new answers are replying to my question, also my feed loads all categories instead of the categories I am following

Yahoo never gets anything right. The company is a mess

I use the website and I got the app and signed in but none of my questions and everything is gone but there on the website

Good idea for an app but poor execution. Sync it with the website please.
