About CoBa Chinese Radicals

A set of cards with 214 chinese Radicals (Chinese characters).
It's like a quiz. Actually it's a flashcards.
UI the same for all CoBa.

admob blocked my advertising account with no message at all. I'm ruined because of a year weekend and free time job and still no any money. biology, anatomy and organic chem stopped. competitors should be happy.

I tried to get a money for some study-books:
- How to Read Chinese Paintings (Metropolitan Museum of Art) by Maxwell K. Hearn Paperback
- Three Thousand Years of Chinese Painting by Richard Barnhart Paperback
- The Arts of China, 5th Revised & enlarged Edition by Mich?l Sullivan Paperback

One of the most confusing user interfaces I have ever seen. Firstly, answering a question. I tap the correct answer... and nothing happens. Eventually i discover it takes two taps to move to the next answer. Why? The scoring system: after several rounds it reads: "Score: -3/+4". What does that mean? Whatever the basis, it's certainly not an intuitive measure of progress. For radicals which have a variant, eg. 刀刂, you present both without an indication of their relationship. I suggest adding a help screen :)

Many people are complaining of the lack of an interface. Currently studying abroad in Taiwan to learn chinese, this app is a resource which not even my schools program offers. Simply repeating sets of cards and advancing yourself in difficulty was enough to profoundly change my memorization of characters. This is a free and effective resource, thank you for creating and sharing it for free. I would give it five stars if a few radicals were corrected (upward box is receptacle, downward box is borders etc,).

Особо порадовало последнее задание: сопоставление за ограниченное время.

Only took me a few hours to be able to move up the levels and be able to recognize most radicals (with a little bit of background). There are, of course, some limitations to this method, but it was very helpful supplementation. I only wish there had been some way to pay to ditch the ads (and show my gratitude).

Do you think you can give the Japanese pronunciation as well? I will give it 5 stars if you do, because the app is really good. The only thing I feel it should add, is the Japanese pronunciations. Thank you very much. -Ciara

Can't complain about free software that works great! I would have liked links to online dictionaries explaining in depth about characters, and a back button for misclicks, but the current functionality is good too. Thank you!
