Cooking while looking at a recipe? Ask for an ingredient or for the next recipe preparation step, all without touching and smudging your phone! Chef Helper will speak back the answer and also highlight and scroll to the relevant section in the recipe.

--- Use your hand to hover over your phone, and Chef Helper will active Voice-Control to let you ask and find out how much of an ingredient to use.
--- Step through the recipe by issuing voice commands such as 'start', 'next', or 'again' to let Chef Helper read back the preparation step.
--- Start a timer by saying "timer 5 minutes" and cancel it with "timer cancel". Chef Helper will also alert you when the timer is almost done.
--- Don't worry about keeping your phone awake, Chef Helper will keep the light on for you on the recipe page!

I love the fact that I can use this app to cook without physically having to touch my phone. The voice activation is spot on. Instead of scrolling up and down to see how much sugar to add to my cookie recipe, I just wave my hand and say "sugar", and it dictates the amount of sugar so I can keep multitasking. No more getting the phone dirty with greasy hands. Voice activated instructions and the custom timer function is super useful. If you're like me and cook on the fly, you need this app.
