EVERLAST TR

This app doesn't auto sync to your phone. I bought the watch specifically so it can track my sleep and steps, but when I switch it from sleep to activity mode and open the app, no data is listed. I called the customer service line and was told it takes time to sync your sleep but I've had my watch for a week and still nothing. The heart icon flashed on my watch late one night but the vague instructions the watch came with doesn't say what that heart icon means. This is more of a child's toy than a fitness tracker.

The watch not only tracks steps but also wrist movement.....really messes up the whole step counter part of what's needed. Complety worthless. If its miscounting steps then the wrong information is used which gives me false results.

Is bad also the watch... is better to get something 20 box more expensive than this

I can't even get it to connect to the app. Just keeps telling me pairing then it disappears. Disappointed I can't even use this product.

This device and the app is not tested before shipping to market. There are lots of issues.

The app app is the easiest way to keep check on your fitness.

Uninstalled and installed hoping it would finally work but nothing. The tracker seems to be fine but the app really sucks!! Wish I could give it no stars!! I hope the developers read the complaints and fixes this but then again it is just hopefully wishing.

Phone always goes to sleep on its own! Countless hours of work out time, trying to build up my step count time only to find out it had been asleep the whole time. And just yesterday i took it off the charger and the time is 12 min off and i cant get the app to fix the time! So now not only is it a crappy step counter, it doesnt even keep time! Sure wish i could get my money back. How can the app still be messed up, i think the everlast team is lazy!!!

I tried pairing it like about 100 times now. The app just closes with message can't pair.

I can't change my settings or anything the watch works perfectly but the app is terrible.wish I can put no stars.

It just stopped working when it try to connect to tracker. Its my first time connection.

This is 2017 and it's not compatible with a Samsung S7!! The app won't sync and I can't change the date or the time on my watch!! Thanks for nothing!!

Can't pair. Every time I try I get a "Everlast has stopped working" error.

It seems to sync fine but I can not get in to the settings menu!! I would like to be able to set the correct time and date but it does not work. In the beginning all of my information synched to the app. It was saved. I even got a pop up that asked me to sync what happened?? I don't see my information in the app anymore. The issues all started when you started updating for no apparent reason and included the tr3. Should have given each their own app.

The option for phone sharing to my device doesn't show up on my app. It's blank. It also won't sync my progress. This app blows. Fix it to work.

When are you going to update the app???!!! Watch works fine but the app is horrible!! Can't sync any of my data. Bluetooth won't connect. Can't get to the settings menu ever. What is the point in having an app when it doesn't do what its supposed to? What a waste of money

Bought a tr7 on Groupon and have tried multiple times too get the watch too sync and track activity... The app doesn't retain history, doesn't track sleep, doesn't start synced.... The app just doesn't function as it should. Not sure what to do with the watch. the watch is fine, but mostly useless without a usable app.

I purchased this tracker to replace another Everlast. This app is a nightmare. It does not have a profile to input your information, to set the clock etc. BIG JOKE . I have to return my tracker because I can't even set the clock because the sync off as well.

Cant even get the tr2 to pair with my phone. And customer service was no help at all. I followed instructions on the video and its the user mannual it came with still nothing. Cant return it brought it on clearance
