Won't recognize galaxy tab s2 nor will the headphone jack play through the speakers

by D####:

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab E, running Bluetooth 4.0, and yet...it doesn't want to pair...doesn't want to pair via the app (won't pick it up), and can't pair it by going directly to Bluetooth in the settings (treadmill does not show as a device). This is very disappointing!!!!!!

D70%
by D####:

Worst equipment ever purchase with such a high dollar value app can't connect with Samsung tab e at all. My phone at least lists it but of course the app crashes. OMG what a joke

R70%
by R####:

Terrible app for all the reasons cited. Do not purchase afg product if you believe this app is value added as you will be disappointed red.

by P####:

Downloaded this app, turned on Bluetooth, paired my tablet with my treadmill but it won't work. Keeps saying "connect your device". Total crap!! Why do they keep putting garbage on here?

D70%
by D####:

I agree with many other people who left reviews previously. The app is total garbage... If the consumer keeps saying that they are trying to use their phone with the app then why not make it compatible? WHY, do you believe it to be unsafe? .... most phones now a days are close to the size of a tablet so people (I) don't see the need to buy one. Very unsatisfied with the app....

M70%
by M####:

Well... I can get this app install, but it will not resize to the display on my android phone, rendering the app useless since you cannot access some of the button located off the screen. Additionally, there is no Windows equivalent app for Windows based tablets.

I'm taking back the elliptical because they are too cheap to even get the app you need to work! Junk

A70%
by A####:

Did try on Android 4.4.2, 6.0.1 and 7.1.1. App doesn't connect or is crushing.

D70%

Garbage. Crashes all the time.

D70%

Worthless

Q70%

It works as it is supposed to on my wife's iPad. Needs a lot of work though. The "history" only tallies your total distance and total times. I was under the impression i would be able to see on a calendar, what workouts i did on what days. With times, saved charts and tractability to see growth. Also, there is no built in cool down, so as soon as I am done with the real workout, I have to start a new workout, just for the cool down, so immediately the data in the table is erased. Way more, no more room

D70%
by D####:

Bluetooth connection takes several tries to finally connect. During workouts it crashes resetting the elliptical. When crashes it open the email app on my Samsung note5 to setup an email account- after every crash After a couple retrys Samsung app manager comes on and says the app crashed more than 20 times then asks to Uninstall. I am very tempted to return the elliptical (5.7AE) and buy another type. I bought this because it uses tablets to track my exercise and it was reasonably priced. Disappointed

Been trying for a month to pair the app with a new Samsung Tablet and have had no success. In 2016 perhaps you should consider updating app. Paid way too much money particularly when this was a selling feature. Sadly disappointed.

Finally get the elliptical together. Ran the app and got an immediate crash. Useless. 2 different phones (s3 and an LG G4) and same thing on both. Reports a Javascript memory error. Hope they get this fixed or I will definitely consider returning the unit since this was one of the features that appealed to me. Update: received a response telling me it doesn't work with phones because it's unsafe. Bunk response, I tried it with 2 different tablets (bluetooth 4.0 on both) with the same result. Junk.

by V####:

App instead of a built in screen. failure. Bluetooth. Have the treadmill pair with my tablet so it can remember it, like every other Bluetooth device ever. It can take multiple tries to connect. Don't try and reinvent the wheel. Pair the old fashioned way, it works. Using the app to pair is idiotic. AND...Who puts white characters on a light grey background? You can't read them. Add a cool down to the end of the workouts too.

Q70%
by Q####:

Amazing that such a crap exists in today's world. UI is complete garbage, poor design, non responding fields. Pairing never works. After many attempts finally the app did not crash and I was looking at setup screen. I could not enter a single word as they made it impossible to type and/or scroll. Do you developers ever test your product? Perhaps some middle school students designed and developed this app during their spare time. AFG should be ashamed of having it at Play Store.

This would not work on my phone or my husband's, or my tablet. But when I installed it on my iPad it worked perfectly, they need to fix it for the android OS.

Q70%
by Q####:

You really need to make it so it works with phones, everyone has a phone not everyone has a tablet. I was given the Treadmill to me to do a review on for Canadian Tire, and I truly can't test the Bluetooth and app combination as I don't have a tablet. 2 stars for having a good idea

App crashes, buttons don't fit on the screen. The app is unusable due to crashes.

Q70%

I don't have a tablet so the interface of this app is a little clunky to say the least. Hard to navigate around when you can't scroll and see the options available.
